Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան այս տարի Ազգային Ժողով չի գա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։ 

Հարցին՝ ներկայումս Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի գործընթացն ինչ փուլում է, Բադասյանը պատասխանեց. «Ի սկզբանե պարզ էր, որ գրեթե շանս չկա՝ այս տարի Ազգային Ժողով հասնելու, որովհետեւ ընթացակարգի համաձայն հնարավոր չէր, որ այն գար ԱԺ։ Մինչեւ մենք Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովից ստանանք պատասխան, դա կլինի մինչեւ հոկտեմբեր, մինչեւ Կառավարությունում կրկին քննարկենք, մինչեւ ուղարկենք Սահմանադրական դատարան, դա պրոցես է, որը պետք է անցնի։ Կարծում եմ, որ այդ թեման իրեն բավականին սպառել է։ Բոլոր հնարավոր փաստարկներն ու հակափաստարկներն էլ հնչել են»։

Բադասյանը հայտնեց, որ անցումային արդարադատության ճանապարհային քարտեզն այսօր կամ վաղը կհրապարակվի։

Նախարարն ասաց, որ դատական օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունների հետ կապված քննադատություններին հետեւել է, եւ այդ մասով հնարավոր են որոշակի փոփոխություններ.

«Իհարկե, հետեւել ենք քննադատություններին, այնտեղ նույն ձեւակերպման մեջ տեխնիկական վրիպակ կա աշխատավարձ եւ կենսաթոշակ տերմինների հետ կապված, դա կշտկենք, բայց գաղափարից չենք հրաժարվի, քանի որ գաղափարը նորմալ, միջազգային պրակտիկայում ընդունված է»,– ասաց նա։

Նա նշեց, որ այսօր Դատական օրենսգրքում եւ հարակից օրենքում փոփոխությունների փաթեթն ու լրացումներն ավարտում են. «Լրամշակված տարբերակի թարգմանությունը կապահովենք եւ կուղարկենք Վենետիկի հանձնաժողով, որովհետեւ մայիսին նախապես այդպիսի պայմանավորվածություն է եղել»։
