Եթե նախորդ իշխանությանը կասկածանքով ենք մոտեցել ու մոտենում, ապա Ամուլսարի հարցով, ինչու գործ չի հարուցվում, որով դատի առաջ կկանգնեն բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր կասկածելի գործունեություն են ծավալել այս խնդրում, նախորդ իշխանության ժամանակ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին, «Ամուլսար» նախաձեռնության անդամները ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում են կատարել։

 

Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

 

 

«Ժամեր առաջ, գնդապետ Իվանյանը, ով Ամուլսարի գործով քնչական խմբի ղեկավարն է եւ հետեւաբար պատասխանատուն, հրավիրել էր մամլո ասուլիս։

 

1․ Իվանյանը նշում է, որ էլարդը իրականացրել է փաստաթղթաբանական փորձաքննություն եւ համեմատում է հաշվապահության հետ, ասելով, որ օրինակ եթե հաշվապահական սխալմունք է լինում, փորձագետները ստուգում են արդեն արված հաշվարկը եւ գտնում սխալները, ոչ թե նոր հաշվարկ իրականացնում։

 

Հիմա մեզ մոտ հարց է առաջանում, եթե փորձագետը դաշտային աշխատանք չի իրականացնում եւ հիմնվում է միայն փաստաթղթերի վրա, ապա ինչպե՞ս է օրինակ հայտնաբերելու նախորդ փաստաթղթերում չնշված կենդանիներին կամ բույսերին, որոնք տեսականորեն կարող են գոյություն ունենալ տարածքում։

 

2․ Մեզ ասում են, որ ժողովուրդ ջան, դե ինչ անենք, նախորդ իշխանության օրոք է թույլատվությունը տրվել, պիտի հարմարվենք։ Այստեղից հարց է առաջանում, եթե նախորդ իշխանությանը կասկածանքով ենք մոտեցել ու մոտենում, ապա Ամուլսարի հարցով, ինչու գործ չի հարուցվում, որով դատի առաջ կկանգնեն բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր կասկածելի գործունեություն են ծավալել այս խնդրում, նախորդ իշխանության ժամանակ։ Թե՞ ամեն բան իդեալական է։

 

3․ Եվ մի փոքր քաղաքական դիտարկում։

 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այցելում է Ջերմուկ, որտեղ նրան դիմավորում են բազմամարդ հրապարակում եւ պահանջում կասեցնել հանքի գործունեությունը։ որին ի պատասխան հնչեցնում է նույն մտքերը․ -բա որ ապացուցվի, որ լրիվ անվնաս է եւ այլն։ Հետո վերադառնում է Երեւան եւ այստեղ մեկ օր անց տեղի է ունենում մեծ քայլերթ նվիրված Ամուլսարի պաշտպանությանը, որին մասնակցում էր մոտ 2000 հոգի։ Հրապարակում կանգնած ժողովուրդը պահանջում է վարչապետի արձագանքը, բայց երկու օր անց առանց արձագանք մնացած ժողովուրդը ստանում է գնդապետ Իվանյանի ասուլիսը, որտեղ նա ամեն կերպ փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ հանքը կարելի է շահագործել։

Ամեն պարագայում պատրաստվեք ավելի համառ ու պահանջատեր լինելուն։ Ամուլսարը այն փորձաքարն է, որը մեզ կօգնի ճանաչել շատերին։
