Գլոբալ ռազմական ծախսերը ռեկորդներ են սահմանում
INTERNATIONAL NEWS2018 թվականին գլոբալ ռազմական ծախսերն ավելացել են՝ հասնելով ռեկորդային 1,8 տրլն դոլարի, դա ամենամեծ գումարն է սառը պատերազմի ժամանակներից ի վեր, տեղեկացնում է CNBC-ն՝ հղում կատարելով Ստոկհոլմի Խաղաղության խնդիրների հետազոտությունների միջազգային ինստիտուտի (SIPRI) տվյալներին։
ԱՄՆ-ի (41%) եւ Չինաստանի (14%) կողմից իրենց ռազմական ծախսերի ավելացումը կարեւոր դեր խաղաց եւ ռազմական ծախսերը դուրս բերեց նոր մակարդակ։
Ավելի քան 20 տարվա ընթացքում Չինաստանի ներդրումներն իր զինված ուժերում օգնել են ավելացնել գլոբալ ծախսերը։ Ողջ Ասիա-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանի երկրներն ուշադրություն են դարձրել այդ հանգամանքին եւ ձեռնարկել համանման քայլեր, քանի որ Չինաստանը բարելավել է ռազմական հնարավորությունները։
«Պատերազմն ահաբեկչության դեմ» ԱՄՆ-ում բարձրացրել է գլոբալ ծախսերը 2011 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի ահաբեկչություններից հետո։ Սակայն այդ ծախսերը սկսել են կրճատվել 2011-ից, երբ ԱՄՆ-ը բախվեց ներքին բյուջեի ճնշման խնդրին։ Բայց 2018-ին նորից ծախսերն սկսեցին ավելանալ, քանի որ ազգային անվտանգության խնդիրը ահաբեկչությունից տեղափոխվեց Չինաստանի վերելքի եւ Ռուսաստանի վերածննդի դեմ։
Թեեւ Ռուսաստանը չի ավելացրել ռազմական ծախսերը 2018-ին, երկիրը ավարտել է թանկարժեք ռազմական արդիականացումը 2016-ին։ Իրավիճակն Ուկրաինայում հանգեցրել է ծախսերի ավելացման Լեհաստանում, Լատվիայում, Լիտվայում եւ Ռումինիայում։
