Շենգավիթում փոխհրաձգության արդյունքում տուժած «Մաքս»–ի սեփականատիրոջ որդուն փորձել են թաքցնել. նոր մանրամասներ
SOCIETYՇենգավիթում օգոստոսի 25-ին տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով տուժածներից մեկին դեպքից օրեր անց տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց։ Տեղեկությունը հաստատեց տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Նաիրա Հարությունյանը՝ նշելով, որ տուժածը ներկայումս գտնվում է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ–ում։
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ տուժածը փոխհրաձգության ընթացքում հրազենային վնասվածք ստացած «Մաքս» սուպերմարկետի սեփականատեր Սահակ Վարդանյանի որդին է՝ 24-ամյա Յուրի Վարդանյանը։ Վերջինս վիրավորում էր ստացել ոտքերի շրջանում։
Իրավապահները երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 27–ին պարզել են, որ Յուրի Վարդանյանին հարազատները փորձել են տան պայմաններում բուժել, սակայն, տեսնելով, որ երիտասարդի վիճակը վատթարանում է, նրան տեղափոխել են հիվանդանոց։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ օգոստոսի 25–ին ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում Շենգավիթի Դոն Կիխոտ ռեստորանի դիմաց թաղային հեղինակությունների միջեւ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել։
Հնչած կրակոցների հետեւանքով մահացել է թաղային հեղինակություն համարվող 43-ամյա Համբարձում Առաքելյանը։ Հրազենային վիրավորումով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «Մաքս» սուպերմարկետի սեփականատեր Սահակ Վարդանյանը: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 6-րդ (շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձը) կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով զենք–զինամթերք պահելը):
Գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Դոն Կիխոտ ռեստորանի ռեստորանային համալիրի տնօրեն Գեւորգ Հովհաննիսյանին և միջնորդություն ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրան կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ։ Եվս մեկ անձ՝ Երեւանի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1976թ., ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան եւ հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
