«Հայկական բնապահպանական ճակատ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ, բնապահպան իրավապաշտպան Աննա Շահնազարյանի՝ Ամուլսարի համար դրամահավաքը խոչնդոտած ոստիկանները ենթարկվել են կարգապահական տույժի։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստ Արտակ Կիրակոսյանը, որը նաև հրապարակել է ոստիկանությունից ստացած համապատասխան գրությունը։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 6-ին, ժամը 18։00-21։00 Երևանում Աննա Շահնազարյանն աջակիցների հետ միասին դրամահավաք էր իրականացրել Ամուլսարի պաշտպանության համար։ Ժամը 20։50-ի սահմաններում Շահնազարյանին են մոտեցել ոստիկաններ և պահանջել են ներկայացնել դրամահավաք իրականացնելու թույլտվություն քաղաքապետարանից, ինչպես նաև պայմանագիր քաղաքապետարանի հետ և քաղաքապետարանի կողմից դրամահավաքի արկղի դրոշմակնքում։

 

 Այնուհետև նրանք ոստիկանության մեքենայով Աննա Շահնազարյանին հարկադրաբար տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Կենտրոն բաժին, որտեղ տեղեկացրել են, թե նյութեր են նախապատրաստում խարդախության կասկածանքով։ Աննա Շահնազարյանին ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում բաց են թողել` տեղեկացնելով, թե ընթանում է խարդախության կասկածանքով հետաքննություն։

 

Հայկական բնապահպանական ճակատը ոստիկանության գործողությունները հայտարարել էր ապօրինի՝ նշելով, որ հետամուտ է լինելու, որպեսզի բնապահպանների՝ օրենքով չարգելված գործունեության նկատմամբ այս կոպիտ միջամտությունը պատժվի։
