«Հերացի» համալսարանական կլինիկայում տրավմատիկ անդամահատումից հետո հիվանդի աջ թեւը կարել են:
Արագածոտնից 29-ամյա Ժորա Խաչատրյանը ծանր վնասվածք էր ստացել արտադրության մեջ: Վերջույթը հաջողվեց վերականգնել ռեանիմատոլոգների, անեսթեզիոլոգների, տրավմատոլոգների եւ նեյրովիրաբույժների համակարգված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ:
Ինչպես լրագրողներին հայտնեց պլաստիկ վիրաբույժ Արտավազդ Սահակյանը, վիրահատությունը կատարվել է սեպտեմբերի 3-ին եւ տեւել է 7,5 ժամ:
«Նախ կատարվում է վերքի առաջնային մշակում, ճիշտ է գնահատվում հիվանդի եւ կորցրած վերջույթի վիճակը, որից հետո որոշում է ընդունվում՝ այն վերականգնման ենթակա է, թե ոչ:
Սա բարդ դեպք էր: Նման վնասվածքները դժվար է վերականգնել: Մեր վնասվածքաբանները ժամանակին ամրացրին մկանները, որից հետո սկսվեց վերաիմպլանտացիայի պրոցեսը, որը հաջող անցավ»,- հայտնեց նա:Նրա խոսքով՝ վիրահատությունը սկսելուց արդեն 2-2,5 ժամ հետո վերականգնվել է արյան շրջանառությունը: «Հիվանդը գիտակցության մեջ է, նրա վիճակը համապատասխանում է ստացած վնասվածքին եւ տարած վիրահատությանը:
Մենք ճիշտ որոշում ենք ընդունել՝ նրա թեւը վերականգնելով»,- նշեց վիրաբույժը:
«Համակարգված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ մենք կարողացանք վերջույթը լիովին վերականգնել, եւ լրացուցիչ միջամտության անհրաժեշտություն չի լինի, քանի որ վիրահատության ժամանակ մենք ստիպված էինք թեւը 5 սմ-ով կարճացնել»,- տեղեկացրեց Սահակյանը:
