Դրանք, նրա խոսքով, մեկ տարում չորրորդ զորավարժություններն են եւ լուրջ վտանգ են ներկայացնում Հայաստանի համար։ «Դրանք, ըստ էության, ՌՕՈւ զորավարժություններ են, եւ Թուրքիան այդ վարժանքներում ներկայացված է սեփական սպառազինությամբ»,- նկատել է Համբարձումյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ Անկարան ներգրավել է օդային եւ ցամաքային տեխնիկայի տարբեր տեսակներ, ներառյալ ոչ միայն ավիացիան, այլեւ հսկման ցամաքային միջոցներ։
Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ եթե Թուրքիան սկսի կենտրոնացնել իր զորքերը Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, ապա, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Բաքուն կցանկանա իր տարածքում ստեղծել նոր ռազմակայան։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ 3000 թուրք զինվոր հերթական զորավարժություններից հետո, փաստորեն, մնացել է Նախիջեւանում։ «Նրանք այնտեղ ստեղծել են ռազմակայան։ Այժմ նրանք այնտեղ, իմ գնահատականներով, պետք է ավելին լինեն։ Ադրբեջանը շատ է ոգեւորվել դրանով, քանի որ թվաքանակով ՆԱՏՕ երկրորդ երկրի բանակն իր ռազմակայանները կտեղակայի իր տարածքում»,- ասել է փորձագետը։
