Օսիպյանն անդրադարձել է հասարակական հնչողություն ստացած դեպքերին ու միջադեպերին
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 31-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետին կից հասարակական խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը վարում էր խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վալերի Օսիպյանը:
Նա ողջունելով խորհրդի անդամներին ներկայացրեց օրակարգը, որում ընդգրկված էր 3 հարց:
Ոստիկանության գործունեության 6 ամսվա կատարած աշխատանքը ներկայացրեց ու հանցագործությունների շարժընթացը վերլուծեց ոստիկանության պետի խորհրդական Արտաշես Ավոյանը: Նա, ըստ հանցատեսակների ներկայացրեց կատարված աշխատանքը, բացահայտումների համեմատական տոկոսներն ու ոստիկանության ծառայությանը վերաբերող այլ մանրամասներ:
Հասարակական խորհրդի անդամներ Դավիթ Պեդանյանն ու Սեւադա Ղազարյանը խոսեցին սեպտեմբերի 1-ից մեկնարկվող «Անվտանգ սեպտեմբեր՝ ապահով ուսումնառություն» միջոցառման մասին, ներկայացրին կատարելիք աշխատանքները, նաեւ համեմատություններ կատարեցին անցած տարի իրականացված միջոցառման հետ, վեր հանեցին խնդիրներն ու թերությունները:
Օրակարգի երրորդ հարցը ոստիկանությունում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների ներկա փուլն էր: Այս մասին ելույթ ունեցավ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վալերի Օսիպյանը:
Նա ներկայացրեց ոստիկանությունում իրականացվող կրթական եւ կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումների մանրամասներ, խոսեց ոստիկանության ծառայությանը վերաբերող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների, նոր ստեղծվելիք պարեկային ծառայության, ՃՈ բալային համակարգի եւ այլ հարցերի մասին:
Վայերի Օսիպյանն անդրադարձավ նաեւ վերջերս համացանցում լայն քննարկումների արժանացած, հասարակական հնչողություն ստացած դեպքերի ու միջադեպերի մասին, ներկայացրեց դրանց վերաբերյալ իր տեսակետն ու կարծիքը:
Խոսվեց նաեւ հանցագործությունների բացահայտումների, ոստիկանության ծառայողների սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավման, ծառայություններն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու, հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն հարաբերությունների եւ այլ թեմաների մասին:
