Աերոզոլային բալոն. դահուկ մոմելուց մինչև փոշեցրիչներ
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԱերոզոլային բալոնները հայտնվել են դեռևս 1790 թվականին՝ այն ժամանակ, երբ ֆրանսիացի հրուշակագործները նկատեցին, որ գազավորված ըմպելիքը ունակ է «դուրս մղվել» տարողությունից: Իսկ 1837 թվականին հայտնագործվեց այնպիսի սիֆոն՝ հատուկ կենցաղային անոթ, որի մեջ հնարավոր է պահպանել խմիչք և խմելու գազավորված ջուր:1862 թվականին գիտնականները մի շարք հաջողված փորձեր են իրականացրել, որոնցում սեղմված հեղուկները փոշիացվում են սեղմված օդի միջոցով:
Այն ժամանակ մետաղական այդ անոթները՝ բալոնները, չափազանց մեծ էին ու ծանր, քանի որ պատրաստված էին երկաթից, որն էլ տնտեսապես շահավետ չէր դարձնում դրանց մասսայական օգտագործումը: 1920-1930ական թվականներին աերոզոլային բալոնների պատմության մեջ զգալի բեկում տեղի ունեցավ, երբ Օսլո քաղաքից նորվեգացի քիմիկ, ինժեներ Էրիկ Անդրեաս Ռոտհեյմը, մտածելով, թե ինչպես ավելի լավ մոմի իր դահուկները, հորինեց փական և աերոզոլային բալոն, ինչն էլ հենց ներկայիս աերոզոլային բալոնների նախատիպն է:
Լիովին գիտակցելով, որ իր գյուտը կարող է օգտագործվել տարբեր բնագավառներում, Ռոտհեյմը 1927 թվականին արտոնագրել է իր «Հեղուկների և կիսահեղուկ զանգվածների փոշեցրման մեթոդները և սարքավորումները» անվանված գյուտը: Ստեղծվեց տեխնիկական հիմք, որը և բացեց այդ ոլորտի հետագա կատարելագործման ճանապարհը: Ռոտհեյմի աերոզոլային բալոնը սկզբում առևտրային հաջողություն չուներ, և միայն 1940 թվականին իրավիճակը փոխվեց, քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ում սկսվել էր աերոզոլների զանգվածային արտադրություն:
Օրինակ, ԱՄՆ-ի գյուղատնտեսության դեպարտամենտի երկու գիտնական-աշխատակիցների ամերիկյան կառավարությունը պատվիրել էր ստեղծել փոքրիկ աերոզոլային բալոն՝ «միջատասպան ռումբ», որը պետք է լցվի ճնշման տակ գտնվող հեղուկ գազով և քիմիական ազդող նյութով: Նշենք, որ նման «ռումբեր» Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ օգտագործվել են ամերիկյան զորքերի կողմից՝ վնասակար միջատների դեմ պայքարում: Այս ստացված աերոզոլի հանրահայտությամբ է բացատրվում այն, որ ԱՄՆ-ի բանակը պատերազմի ավարտից հետո իր խանութների միջոցով հեշտությամբ վաճառեց արտադրանքի ամբողջ մնացորդը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ արտադրվել է մոտ 50 միլիոն աերոզոլային բալոն: Համարվում է, որ աերոզոլների զանգվածային արտադրությունը սկսվել է հենց այդ ժամանակահատվածից: Արտադրության հետագա ընդլայնումը հանգեցրեց նրան, որ 1947 թվականին քաղաքացիական օգտագործման համար արտադրվեց ևս 4,3 միլիոն աերոզոլային բալոն:
Այս արտադրանքի պահանջարկի աճը շարունակվեց, և շուտով աերոզոլային բալոնների արտադրությունն անցավ Ատլանտյան օվկիանոսը և հասավ Եվրոպա: 1949 թվականին երկու կարևոր իրադարձություն տեղի ունեցավ. Ռոբերտ Աբպլանապը հայտնագործեց փոշեցրիչ փականը, որը ներկայումս էլ ունի նույն տեսքը, իսկ Էդվարդ Սեյմուրն իր կնոջ՝ Բոնիի խորհրդով կազմակերպեց աերոզոլային ներկերի արտադրություն:
Ներկայումս աշխարհում առկա է աերոզոլային փաթեթավորմամբ արտադրվող նյութերի մոտ 50 տարատեսակ: Ժամանակակից կյանքն այլևս անհնար է պատկերացնել առանց աերոզոլի, քանի որ այն շատ հարմար է և տնտեսապես շահավետ օգտագործելու համար:
