Ինչու են շերտավորվում եղունգները. պատճառներ և լուծումներ

Կալցիումի անհրաժեշտ քանակն օրգանիզմում ապահովելու համար պետք է կաթնամթերք, ինչպես նաև՝ բանջարեղեն օգտագործել:Անհրաժեշտ է խուսափել գազավորված ըմպելիքների, թեյի, սուրճի և այլ ըմպելիքների օգտագործումից, որոնք խոչընդոտում են կացիումի յուրացմանն օրգանիզմի կողմից: Բացի դա, կարելի է ճաշացանկում ներառել նաև А, B, D վիտամիններ:
Եթե եղունգների շերտավորման պատճառը ոչ բավարար խոնավեցումն է, ապա խորհուրդ է տրվում ավելի շատ մրգեր, ըմպելիքներ օգտագործել: Օրվա ընթացքում մեկ անգամ եղունգներին խոնավեցնող կրեմ է պետք քսել. գերադասելի է դա անել քնելուց առաջ կամ ջրի հետ շփումից հետո: Սա վերաբերում է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր սովորություն ունեն եղունգները կրծելու: Երբեմն եղունգների շերտավորման պատճառ կարող են դառնալ լաքերի մշտական օգտագործումը, դրանք հեռացնելու համար վտանգավոր նյութերի օգտագործումը:
Պատճառներից մեկն էլ կարող է դառնալ տարբեր քիմիական միջոցների հետ շփումը: Նման ազդեցություններից խուսափելու համար քիմիական նյութերի հետ շփվելիս պետք է ձեռնոցներ օգտագործել: Եղունգների ամբողջականությունը կարող է խախտվել շագանակագեղձի հետ կապված խնդիրների պատճառով: Այդ դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է դիմել էնդոկրինոլոգի օգնությանը: Եթե եղունգների շերտավորման պատճառը սթրեսն է, ապա նախ անհրաժեշտ է պայքարել սթրեսի և դրա պատճառների դեմ:
Ինչպես բարելավել եղունգների վիճակը
1. Մի օգտագործեք չափազանց էժան լաքեր եղունգների համար: Դրանց օգտագործման արդյունքում՝ եղունգներն ավելի թույլ և բարակ են դառնում:
2. Օգտագործեք հատուկ միջոցներ, որոնք նախատեսված են շերտավորված եղունգների համար: Այսօր գոյություն ունեն բազամաթիվ կոսմետիկ միջոցներ, որոնք կարող են դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ եղունգների որակի վրա:
3. Շաբաթվա ընթացքում նվազագույնը երեք անգամ միջոցներ օգտագործեք, որոնք ամրացնում են եղունգները:
