Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը և Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները քննարկել են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հարցեր

Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նատալիա Վուտովայի և Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի ծրագրի ղեկավար Լիաննա Ամիրբեկյանի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության շտաբի պետ Արմեն Ղուկասյանը, քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության պետ Արտակ Կարապետյանը, ՔՀԳ վարչության անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման վարչության պետ Նելլի Դուրյանը և հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կարևորել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության և Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Երևանյան գրասենյակի համագործակցությունը: «Ուրախ ենք ձեզ տեսնել և մեր պատրաստակամությունն ենք հայտնում շարունակել համագործակցությունը Եվրոպայի խորհրդի հետ: Ոստիկանությունում տեղի են ունենում բարեփոխումներ, և ես կարծում եմ, որ եվրոպական երկրների իրավապահ կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունն ու փորձի փոխանակումն անչափ կարևոր է»,-ասել է ոստիկանության պետը:
Նատալիա Վուտովան, խոսելով Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Երևանայան գրասենյակի նախորդ տարիների աշխատանքի մասին մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, արդարադատության ապահովմանը, իրավունքի գերակայությանը միտված ծրագրերում, բարձր է գնահատել մասնավորպես ՔՀԳ վարչության անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման վարչության հետ համագործակցությունը:
Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նույնպես արդյունավետ է համարել այդ համագործակցությունը` ընդգծելով, որ տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակներում ոստիկանության մոտ 100 ծառայող վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ են անցել, մասնակցել սեմինարների, որոնք հնարավորություն են ընձեռում անհրաժեշտ նոր գիտելիքներ ու հմտություններ ձեռք բերել` մասնագիտական գործունեության մեջ կիրառելու համար:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր ևս:
