Գյումրիում սպանված երեխայի մայրը կալանավորվել է. Դատախազություն

Գյումրիում մեկամյա երեխայի սպանության մեղադրանքով կալանավորվել է մայրը։
Այս մասին լուրը Tert.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան հայտնեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանը. «Երեխայի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող մայրը կալանավորվել է»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին՝ ժամը 14:20-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրի քաղաքի աղբանոցում հայտնաբերվել է երեխայի դին՝ կպչուն ժապավենով կապված և կիսաշրջազգեստը պարանոցին փաթաթված վիճակում:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-ից 24:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, 20-ամյա կինը, ապօրինաբար մանկահասակ դստերը՝ 2018թ. ծնված երեխային, կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր բնակարանում կպչուն ժապավենով կապել է նրա ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը, բերանին փաթաթել կիսաշրջազգեստ, որից հետո երեխային բնակարանից տեղափոխել և դրել է մոտակայքում գտնվող աղբարկղերից մեկի մեջ և աղբով փակել նրան, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս մահացել է:
