Երեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետ, նախկին նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու հանրային նշանակության հողատարածքը ապօրինի օտարելու գործով դեռեւս որեւէ դատավարական կարգավիճակ չունի։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Զախարյանը։

 

«Հարուցված է քրեական գործ, կքննեն, մեղավորներին կգտնեն։ Ես դեռ մեղադրյալ չեմ, գործի քննություն է ընթանում, իրենք կասեն։ Ես չեմ ցանկանում որեւէ բան ասել, քանի որ այս փուլում ճիշտ չի լինի»,–ասաց նա։

 

 

Զախարյանը հայտնեց, որ իր առնչությունը գործին այնքանով է, որ այդ ամենը տեղի է ունեցել իր՝ քաղաքապետ եղած ժամանակ։

 

Հարցին, արդյոք ապօրինի որոշմամբ է օտարվել «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու 10.000քմ հողատարածքը, Զախարյանն արձագանքեց.

Ավելի վաղ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ ՀՔԾ–ում քննվող քրեական գործով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ որոշումներ է կայացրել։ Դրանցից մեկով օտարման ոչ ենթակա «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու 10.000քմ հողատարածքը, ուղղակի վաճառքի միջոցով օտարվել է «Գոլդեն Փելիս» Հյուրանոց» ՍՊ ընկերությանը: Ենթադրյալ ապօրինությունները կատարվել են Երվանդ Զախարյանի պաշտոնավարման տարիներին։ Ըստ ՀՔԾ–ի՝ Երեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու ենթադրյալ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ, որպիսի արարքով էական վնաս է պատճառվել Երեւան համայնքի օրինական շահերին,.2019թ. օգոստոսի 30–ին որոշում է կայացվել դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին:
