28-ամյա աղջկա սպանության մեջ մեղադրվողը հայ է. նրան կալանավորելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել

Երևանի Բրյուսովի փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում օրեր առաջ տեղի ունեցած 28-ամյա կնոջ սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վրաստանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող ազգությամբ հայ 34–ամյա տղամարդուն։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց Քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Նաիրա Հարությունյանը։
34–ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել է ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով՝ ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին կյանքից զրկելու և ուրիշի գույքի զգալի չափերով գաղտնի հափշտակության համար։
Նախաքննական մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան` մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար։
NEWS.am–ին հասած նախնական վարկածի համաձայն մեղադրյալը և սպանվածը նախկինում միմյանց չեն ճանաչել և կնոջ սպանության շարժառիթը նրան թալանելը չէ։ Դեպքի օրը տղամարդն այցելել է աղջկա բնակարան, որտեղ միմյանց հետ անձանական հարցերի շուրջ զրույցը վերածվել է վիճաբանության։ Տղամարդը բարկացել է կնոջ վրա, ծեծի ենթարկել նրան և խեղդամահ արել, այնուհետև տղամարդը հետը վերցրել է սպանվածին պատկանող բջջային հեռախոսը և բանկային քարտերը։
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am–ը հայտնել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին, Ոստիկանությունում Երևան քաղաքի բնակչից ահազանգ էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ Բրյուսովի փողոցում գտնվող շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում կնոջ դի կա՝ բռնության հետքերով և վնասվածքներով:
Փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել էր Վրաստանի Հանրապետության՝ 34-ամյա քաղաքացի: Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել էին սպանվածին պատկանող բջջային հեռախոսը և բանկային քարտեր:
