POLITICSԵս տեղյակ եմ, որ իրավիճակը հիմա վերահսկվում է, որեւէ խնդիր չկա: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 6-ին, ՔՊ գրասենյակում կայացած փակ հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին հայաստանյան ՔԿՀ-ներում ստեղծված լարվածությանը:
«Տեղյակ եմ նաեւ եւ կարող եմ եւս մեկ անգամ պնդել, որ Հայաստանը քրեական հեղինակությունների համար չէ»,-ասաց նա:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ սեպտեմբերի 5–ին անկարգություններ են տեղի ունեցել ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ–ում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ կալանավորները բունտ են սկսել՝ ի աջակցություն «զոն նայողների»։ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ–ի կին աշխատակիցներին շուտ են ուղարկել տուն և անցել ուժեղացված ծառայության։
Ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների՝ Հանրապետության մյուս ՔԿՀ–ներում ևս լարված իրավիճակ է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կառավարությունը օգոստոսի 29-ի նիստում հավանության արժանացրեց «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ «ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթի մասին որոշման նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է քրեական պատասխանատվություն սահմանել քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ տալու կամ ստանալու կամ այն պահպանելու, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում ստեղծելու կամ ղեկավարելու, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորմանը մասնակցելու կամ ներգրավելու, քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման մասնակցին կամ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձին դիմելու համար։ Ըստ նախագածի՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձ է համարվելու ոչ միայն «օրենքով գողը», այլ նաեւ քրեական հեղինակությունը։ Քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունենալու համար նախատեսվում է պատիժ 7-10 տարի ժամկետով։
