POLITICSԱրցախի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին շատ բաց եւ թափանցիկ նախընտրական արշավ է եղել համարյա բոլոր թեկնածուների կողմից, եւ մեր ընտրողներն էլ հնարավորություն են ունեցել առանձնացնեն իրենց համար նախընտրելի թեկնածուներին: Այս մասին այսօր` սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, Ստեփանակերտում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը` պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչ ակնկալիքներով է քվեարկել քաղաքապետի ընտրություններին:
«Շատ մեծ ակնկալիքներով, ինչպես Ստեփանակերտի երեւի բոլոր բնակիչները, եւ կարծում եմ, որ այս նախընտրական շրջանում առիթ եղել է բոլորի հետ էլ ծանոթանալ, ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ շատ բաց եւ թափանցիկ նախընտրական արշավ է եղել համարյա բոլոր թեկնածուների կողմից, եւ մեր ընտրողներն էլ հնարավորություն են ունեցել առանձնացնել իրենց համար նախընտրելի թեկնածուներին: Վստահ եմ` շատերի մոտ հենց այդ մտածողությունն է գերակայում, որ առաջիկա տարիներին մենք պետք է ունենանք շատ ավելի կազմակերպված, բարեկարգ Ստեփանակերտ: Երեւի թե առաջիկա տարիներին շատ ավելի մեծ պահանջներ են լինելու: Հաստատ այս ընտրություններով ընտրված համայնքի ղեկավարից եւ ավագանուց շատ ավելի մեծ սպասելիքներ են լինելու, որովհետեւ մեր երկրի Սահմանադրությամբ առաջիկա տարիներին է նախատեսվում տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգի նոր մոդելի մշակումը եւ կիրարկումը, հետեւաբար մարդկանց սպասումները հենց այս անգամ ընտրված համայնքի ղեկավարներից եւ ավագանու անդամներից լինելու են շատ ավելի բարձր, որովհետեւ հենց նրանց է վիճակված լինելու իրականացնել բարեփոխումների այն փաթեթը, որը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել առաջիկա տարիներին»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, թե ինչու կուսակցություններն իրենց թեկնածուներին չեն առաջադրել, թեկնածուներից 4-ը ինքնառաջադրված են, Ղուլյանն ասաց, որ օրենսդրությամբ նման պահանջ չկա, որ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին քաղաքական կուսակցություններն անպայման մասնակցեն:
«Սա շատ ավելի բաց է թողել դաշտ, որ ոչ միայն կուսակցական մարդիկ, այլեւ մարդիկ, ովքեր մասնագիտորեն իրենց նախկինում կուտակած փորձի, անցած ճանապարհի շնորհիվ ունեն որոշակի կենսագրություն, առաջադրեն իրենց թեկնածությունները եւ հավասար մրցակցային հնարավորություններով պայքարեն համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար», -շեշտեց նա:
