ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է ՊԵԿ բարձրաստիճան անձի կողմից կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու դեպք
SOCIETYՀանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ բարձրաստիճան անձի կողմից կաշառք պահանջելու և ստանալու դեպք: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ-ից:
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի ՊԵԿ պաշտոնատար անձը, ավտոյուղերի իրացմամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունում օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ստուգումներ չիրականացնելու, թույլ տված հարկային իրավախախտումները չարձանագրելու և ստուգայցեր չկատարելու համար, ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախկին աշխատակցի միջնորդությամբ, ընկերության տնօրենից պահանջել և անձամբ ստացել է խոշոր չափերի՝ 1․000․000 ՀՀ դրամի կաշառք։
Բացի այդ, օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ նշված ընկերության պատասխանատու աշխատակիցները, դեռևս չպարզված աղբյուրներից ձեռք են բերել օգտագործված կամ անհայտ ծագման ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման մեջ օգտագործվող, ինչպես նաև արտադրական նշանակության տարբեր տեսակի յուղեր, որոնք այլ յուղերի հետ խառնելուց և վերամշակելուց հետո լցրել են ճանաչված ապրանքանիշերով պիտակավորված տարաների մեջ և դրանց անվան տակ իրացրել։
Ընկերության պահեստային տարածքում կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են յուղով լցված «Մոբայլ», «Լուկոյլ», «Գազպրոմնեֆտ» և այլ ճանաչված ապրանքանիշերով պիտակավորված տարբեր չափերի բազմաթիվ տարաներ, յուղերը պատրաստելու և տարաներում զմռսելու սարքեր, ինչպես նաև դեռևս չօգտագործված պիտակներ։ Ընկերության տնօրենի աշխատասենյակում հայտնաբերվել է նաև ապօրինի կերպով պահվող ինքնաշեն եղանակով պատրաստված, հրազեն հանդիսացող թմբուկավոր ատրճանակ՝ լիցքավորված ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող 9մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտով։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի։
