Ամուլսարի շահագործումը սխալ որոշում է լինելու, դա չի ներվելու ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից. ԱԴ կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Նարեկ Այվազյանի բաց նամակը Փաշինյանին
SOCIETY«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Նարեկ Այվազյանը բաց նամակ է հղել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որում անդրադարձել է Ամուլսարի շահագործման բացասական հետևանքներին: Այվազյանը գրել է, որ եթե նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի նշած ռիսկերը վարկանշային առումով իրականություն դառնան, ապա անհամեմատելի կլինեն այն ռիսկերի հետ, որոնք կառաջանան շահագործման պարագայում։
«Հարգելի՛ պարոն Փաշինյան, նոր ՇՄԱԳ փորձաքննական եզրակացություն չտալով «Լիդիան»-ին՝ ամեն ինչ կլինի օրենքով, ու ոչ մի արբիտրաժի, ոչ մի վարկանիշի խնդիր չի առաջանա, իսկ դա հիմնավոր է, քանզի «Լիդիան»-ը չի կարող անցնել իրական, իսկական ՇՄԱԳ առանց կոռուպցիայի ու կաշառքի։ Բացառված է, որ որևէ կերպ Ամուլսարը բացվի ու շահագործվի՝ ապահոված լինելով անվտանգությունը թե՛ շրջակա միջավայրի, թե՛ բնակչության, թե՛ տնտեսության համար։
Տնտեսության առումով մենք պետք է ոչ թե հանքահումքային երկիր մնանք, այլ զարգանանք ու դառնանք տեխնոլոգիական երկիր, ինչի մասին տարուց ավել է կոկորդ եք պատռել։ Դրա հետևանքով կորցնելու ենք նաև տուրիստական մի մեծ շրջան։ Դա Ձեր վարած քաղաքականությանն ու խոստումներին դեմ է։
Մարդկանց առումով․ ոտնահարված են մարդկանց իրավունքները։ Ժամանակին նրանք հույս էլ չեն ունեցել, որ կարող են դեմն առնել, սակայն հենց անցած տարվա՝ Ձեր կողմից գլխավորած իրադարձությունները թև ու թիկունք են տվել նրանց, որ հիմա կանգնած են իրենց սարի պաշտպանության համար։ Մարդիկ նաև առողջական պրոբլեմների առաջ են հայտնվելու՝ ծնելիության անկում, քաղցկեղ և այլ ծանր հիվանդություններ, որ տարածված են այն շրջաններում, որտեղ բացված են նմանատիպ հանքեր, միգուցե ավելի վատ պայմաններով։
Շրջակա միջավայրի առումով․ սար ենք կորցնում՝ մի ամբողջ էկոհամակարգ։ Կորցնելու ենք Ջերմուկի ջրերը։ Սևանն ու կենդանական աշխարհն ենք վտանգելու։ Հիմա էլ չկան ոչ մի երաշխիքներ, որ կառավարելի են։ Թույլ մի՛ տվեք. սխալ է լինելու։ ՀՀ օրենսդրության խախտում եք անելու, և չի ներվելու ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից։ Նույնիսկ եթե Ձեր նշած ռիսկերը՝ տնտեսության առումով, վարկանշային առումով իրականություն դառնան, ապա վստահեցնում եմ Ձեզ, որ անհամեմատելի են այն ռիսկերի հետ, որոնք կառաջանան շահագործման պարագայում։
Չի կարելի հանքահումքային ոլորտից բխող տնտեսական ռիսկը դնել նժարի վրա մարդկանց, բնությունը ու տնտեսությունը նորարարական ճանապարհով զարգացնելու համար։ Ե՛տ կանգնեք այդ ոչ սովորական որոշումից։ Թույլ մի տվեք, որ որևէ արտաքին ռիսկ Ձեզ ճնշի։ Դուք դեմ եք գնալու Ձեր իսկ առաջադրած նպատակներին, Ձեր կողմից տարածվող գաղափարներին ու քաղաքական ծրագրերին»։
