POLITICSՌոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիմումի հիման վրա ՍԴ որոշումը անհապաղ չկատարելը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանում անօրինականություն է տիրում և իրավական «բեսպրեդել»։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 10–ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարեց «Ազգային համաձայնություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը։
«Իշխանություններն այնքան են օրենքը խախտել, որ իրենց համար մի հատ ավել–պակաս, տարբերություն չկա, սա, իրոք խայտառակություն է, սա նշանակում է, որ երկրում Սահմանադրությանը չի գործում, ինչի համար պատասխանատուն Հանրապետության նախագահն է։ Այստեղ միակ ելքը ժողովուրդն է, պետք է քաղաքական ուժերը մաքերեն թավշյա հեղափոխության Ավգյան ախոռները և երկիրը տանեն Սահմանդրականության ճանապարհի»,–ասաց նա։
Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ դատարանները պետք է ցույց տան, որ իրենք կարող են անկախ որոշումներ կայացնել։
«Դատարանքները պետք է ցույց տան, որ իրենք արժանապատիվ են, որ չեն «վնգստում» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջ»,–ասաց նա։
Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ դատարանների նկատմամբ ճնշումները սկսվել են դեռևս մեկ տարի առաջ, իսկ վերջին օրինակը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելն է։
Անդրադառնալով ՍԴ որոշման վերաբերյալ դատախազության մեկնաբանությանը, Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ դատախազությունը չպետք է դուրս գար իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներից և մեկնաբաներ ՍԴ որոշումը։
«Դատախազությունը խամաճիկ է. դատախազությունն առաջնորդվում է մարդուն գտեք՝ հոդվածը կճարվի սկզբունքով։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ գլխավոր դատախազը, եթե այն ժամանակ էլ էր պատվեր կատարում, ապա հիմա էլ է կատարում»,–ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ նույն գլխավոր դատախազը, եթե իրավիճակ փոխվի և հարկ լինի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կալանավորելու հարցով կդիմի ԱԺ–ին։
«Խաղեր տալ պետք չէ, այսօր երկրում մեկ մարդ կա, որը հավաքական իմաստով վտանգ է ներկայացնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար, դա Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն է։ Քոչարյանն էր խանգարելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ծրագրերին։ Այդ ծրագիրը երեք կետից է բաղկացած՝ ռուսական բազան հանել Հայաստանից, Իրանի հետ սահմանը փակել և Բոլթոնի պլանով լուծել Արցախի հարցը, այսինքն՝ տարածքներ ճանապարհի ու գումարի դիմաց։ Դրա համար է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը բանտում է. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայն այն ժամանակ կուզի, որ Քոչարյանը բանտից դուրս գա, երբ իր ծրագիրն իրագործված լինի»,–հայտարարեց Հարությունյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Քոչարյանի աջակիցները առավոտից բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրի դիմաց՝ պահանջելով Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործով դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանից՝ անհապաղ դատական նիստ հրավիրել և քննարկել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի հարցը։
