Երեւանում ընթանում է ՀԱՊԿ Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության միջպետական հանձնաժողովի ХVII նիստը
POLITICSԵրեւանում ընթանում է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության միջպետական հանձնաժողովի (ՌՏՀՄՀ) ХVII նիստը:
Հանձնաժողովի նիստը ընթանում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության փոխվարչապետ, ՌՏՀՄՀ նախագահ Յուրի Բորիսովի նախագահությամբ: Հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքին մասնակցում է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովը:
Նիստի մասնակիցները կքննարկեն անցյալ տարվա սեպտեմբերին Ալմաթիում (Ղազախստան) տեղի ունեցած նիստում ՌՏՀՄՀ ընդունած որոշումների կատարման հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, ինչպես նաեւ 2016 թվականի մայիսին ընդունված ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության ծրագրի միջոցառումների իրականացման վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Քննարկվող թեմաների թվում են՝ ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակում սպառազինության եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի ստանդարտացման ոլորտում միջոցառումների իրականացումը, Կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների զինված ուժերին մատակարարվող իրերի կատալոգային համակարգի ստեղծումը, ռազմական նշանակության համատեղ մշակվող եւ արտադրվող արտադրանքի որակի մեծացումը, մտավոր գործունեության արդյունքների իրավունքների փոխադարձ պաշտպանությունը, որոնք ստացվում եւ օգտագործվում են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ռազմա-տնտեսական համագործակցության ընթացքում: Հաշվի առնելով քննարկման արդյունքները՝ նախատեսվում է որոշել առաջիկա տարում Հանձնաժողովի խնդիրները:
Հանձնաժողովի լիագումար նիստի նախօրեին, երկու օրվա ընթացքում՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ին եւ 11-ին, Երեւանում տեղի ունեցավ Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության միջպետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահին կից Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի նիստը՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ՝ ավարտելու համար հանձնաժողովի դիտարկմանը ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի պատրաստումն ու համաձայնեցումը։
ՀԱՊԿ Ռազմատնտեսական համագործակցության միջպետական հանձնաժողովը ստեղծվել է ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի 2005 թվականի հունիսի 23-ի որոշմամբ։ Հանձնաժողովի հիմնական գործառույթներից մեկը հանձնարարականների եւ որոշումների ընդունումն է՝ ուղղված փոխգործակցության գերակա ուղղությունների բազմակողմանի ռազմատնտեսական (տեխնիկական) համագործակցության ապահովմանը։ Դրանց թվում են ռազմատնտեսական (տեխնիկական) համագործակցության երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի մշակումն ու իրականացումը, ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի արտադրության մասնագիտացման եւ կոոպերացման պահպանումը, համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների (կազմակերպությունների) ստեղծումը ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի մշակման, արտադրության, արդիականացման, նորոգման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ համատեղ գիտահետազոտական եւ փորձնակոնստրուկտորական աշխատանքների իրականացումը՝ ռազմական նշանակության արտադրանքի ստեղծման եւ արդիականացման ուղղությամբ։
