Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում 48 հարց է, որից 35-ը՝ չզեկուցվող, 2-ը՝ գաղտնի (ուղիղ)
POLITICSՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած կառավարությունն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, անցկացնում է հերթական նիստը: Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 48 հարց, որից 35-ը՝ չզեկուցվող, երկուսը՝ գաղտնի:
Նիստը վարում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են, մասնավորապես, հետեւյալ հարցերը.
- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արագածոտնի մարզի Ավանի համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն նշանակելու և անցկացնելու մասին,
- «Բանկային գաղտնիքի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծի մասին,
- Գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար «ԻՐԻՆԱ ԿՈՉՈՅԱՆ» անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջ եւ «ԱՆԻՊԼԱՍՏ», «ԱՐԻԿՈ-ԳՈՌ» ՍՊԸ-ների կողմից ներկայացված հայտերը բավարարելու և արտոնությունը կիրառելու մասին,
- Ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում «ԱՐՄՓԱՈՒԵՐ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության կողմից ապրանքների ներմուծման դեպքում մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների կողմից հաշվարկված ավելացված արժեքի հարկի գումարների վճարման ժամկետը երեք տարի ժամկետով հետաձգելու մասին,
- Ծրագրային բյուջետավորման ամբողջական ներդրման տեսանկյունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական մարմիններում մարդկային ռեսուրսների գծով առկա կարողությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների ծրագիրը հաստատելու մասին,
- «Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիր» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությանը մեկ տարվանից ավելի ժամկետով վարձակալության պայմանագիր կնքելու թույլտվություն տալու մասին եւ այլ հարցեր:
