ՀՀ-ում բնակարանի կադաստրային արժեքի վերահաշվարկը պետք է անհանգստացնի միայն անշարժ գույքի խոշոր սեփականատերերին
ECONOMICSՍա շատ լավ օրինագիծ է, եւ միայն անշարժ գույքի խոշոր սեփականատերերը, որ այսօրվա դրությամբ հարկվում են ավելի ցածր հարկերով, պետք է անհանգստանան այս առիթով։ Այս մասին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի սեպտեմբերի 12-ի նիստում, «Անշարժ գույքի հարկման համար անշարժ գույքի շուկայական արժեքին մոտ կադաստրի հաշվարկման կարգի սահմանման մասին» օրինագծի քվեարկության ընթացքում, որը խորհրդարանի կողմից մինչ այդ քննարկվել էր առաջին ընթերցմամբ, ասաց կառավարող «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Բաբկեն Թունյանը։
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, նրա խոսքով, հենց այդ պատճառով այս օրինագիծը չէր կարող ընդունվել մինչեւ «թավշյա հեղափոխությունը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս օրինագծով Հայաստանում առաջարկվում է մտցնել անշարժ գույքի կադաստրային արժեքի լուրջ վերահաշվարկ։ Կադաստրը կվերանայի գները, իսկ թե ինչպես դրանցից հարկեր կհաշվվեն, կորոշի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը։ Այդ վերանայումների արդյունքում սպասվում է, որ անշարժ գույքի հարկը շքեղ եւ թանկարժեք առանձնատներից եւ օբյեկտներից լրջորեն կավելանա։
Նշենք նաեւ, որ օրինագիծը ստացել է կառավարող դաշինքի խորհրդարանականների աջակցությունը եւ ընդունվել առաջին ընթերցմամբ 92 կողմ, 15 դեմ եւ 2 ձեռնպահ ձայնով։
