Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքները պարզելիս մտահոգիչ փաստեր ի հայտ եկան. Անդրանիկ Քոչարյան
INTERVIEWԱյսօր շատ կարեւոր ինֆորմացիա ստացանք ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասին։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը։
Նա ասաց, որ այսօրվա փակ նիստում հրավիրվել է 2016-ի գործողությունների մասնակից ժամկետային զինծառայող։ Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ հրավիրվածը հանձնաժողովի անդամներին տրամադրել է շատ կարեւոր տեղեկություն, որը որոշակի առումով մտահոգություն եւ տպավորություն է թողել անդամների մոտ.
«Ապրիլյան դեպքերը ուսումնասիրել ենք կոնկրետ մեր հաստատած ասօրվա ծրագրով։Նորությունների մասին տեղյակ կպահենք, երբ կանցնենք մեր զեկույցներին։ Այսօրվա հյուրը չենք բացահայտի, թե ով էր։ Այսօր հրավիրված անձի կողմից ստացանք շատ կարեւոր ինֆորմացիա: Խոսքը վերաբերում է առաջնագծում եղած իրավիճակին: Մարդ էր, որը ավելացրեց մեր իմացությունը Ապրիլյան դեպքերի մասին, մարդ, որն անմիջական մասնակցություն է ունեցել առաջնագծում։ Մտահոգիչ փաստեր են ի հայտ եկել այս ընթացքում»։
Ճշտող հարցին՝ արդյոք հրավիրվածը ժամկետային զինծառայող է եղել, Քոչարյանը դրական պատասխան տվեց. «Առաջնագծում մեր հերոսապատումը կերտած զինվորներից մեկն էր»։
Քոչարյանը հայտնեց, որ իրենք ունեն իրենց հրավիրվածների հաստատած ցանկ, որը չի պակասել, այլ ավելացել է. «Եղել են այն ժամանակվա մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։ Այս պահին անունները չենք հրապարակի»։
Հարցին՝ արդյոք հնարավոր է, որ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի ընթացքում ՊՆ-ում պաշտոնանկություններ գրանցվեն, Քոչարյանն ասաց. «Ես կարծում եմ, ոչ թե պաշտոնանկություններ, այլ մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ ՊՆ-ում ցանկացած թերացում ապագայի հետ կապված բացառվի»։
Հարցին՝ ապրիլյան դեպքերի հանգամանքների քննման համար արդյոք հրավիրել են ԳՇ պետ Արտակ Դավթյանին, Քոչարյանն ասաց. «Որ կանչեինք, դուք կիմանայիք։ Դուք ամեն ինչ պաշտոնյաների մեջ եք ման գալիս, ու նաեւ հարցնում եք՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ե՞րբ ենք կանչելու»։
Քոչարյանն ասաց, որ հանձնաժողովը աշխատել է նաեւ ամռանը. «Հանգստի չենք գնացել, ամռանն էլ ենք աշխատել։ Աշխատում ենք մեծ քանակությամբ նյութերի եւ մարդկանց հետ»։
Հարցին՝ հաջորդ հանդիպումը երբ է լինելու, Քոչարյանն ասաց, որ լրագրողներն այդ մասին չեն իմանա. «Չենք հայտարարելու, մենք աշխատելու ենք»։
