Փաշինյանի քաղաքական երկվությունը

Պատմությունը յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական գործչի տալիս է իր գնահատականը՝ կախված նրանից, թե այդ գործիչներից յուրաքանչյուրը ինչքանով է սկզբունքային եղել իր դիրքորոշումներում և ինչքանով է կարողացել իրականություն դարձնել իր նպատակադրումները։

Եթե այս պրիզմայից ենք մոտենում Փաշինյանի քաղաքական կենսագրությանը, ապա շատ հետաքրքիր պատկեր է ստացվում, քանի որ թվում է, թե ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանն ուրիշ անձնավորություն է, իսկ արդեն վարչապետ Փաշինյանը՝ լիովին մեկ այլ անձնավորություն։

Բոլորս էլ հիշում ենք, թե ինչպես էր ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից նախկին իշխանություններին քննադատում ավելորդ պրոռուսականության մեջ, իսկ Ռուսաստանին էլ մեղադրում Ապրիլ յան պատերազմը սանձազերծելու հարցում՝ նշելով, թե «Ապրիլյան պատերազմը Ադրբեջանին ԵՏՄ անդամ դարձնելու համար էր»։

Իսկ հիմա Փաշինյանը, երբ արդեն հայտնվել է իշխանության ղեկին, իսպառ մոռացել է նախկինում արված իր հայտարարությունների մասին, սկսել է ձոներ հյուսել հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության վերաբերյալ և ընդգծել մեզ համար ԵՏՄ-ի կարևորությունը։

Ավելին՝ Փաշինյանը առիթը բաց չի թողնում ՌԴ նախագահին սիրաշահելու համար, ինչում ինքն անցյալում մեղադրում էր նախկին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին։

Փաշինյանը նաև դեմ էր պարտադիր կուտակային համակարգին, մասնակցում էր «Դեմ եմ»-ի հանրահավաքին և կրակոտ ճառեր ասում, բայց երբ դարձավ վարչապետ, ինչպես սիրում է ասել ինքը, «մի գիշերվա մեջ» դիրքորոշումը փոխեց այս հարցում, և ճակատագրի հեգնանքով հենց իրեն էր վերապահված կուտակայինը ամբողջությամբ կիրառման մեջ դնելը։

Ճանապարհին տեղադրված արագաչափերի և տեսախցիկների հարցը ևս ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանի սիրած թեման էր։

Վերջինս ջանք չէր խնայում ժողովրդին ի ցույց դնել, թե տեսախցիկների և արագաչափերի միջոցով արձանագրված տուգանքներով թալանում են ժողովրդին։

Անցած տարվա ապրիլին իր համակիրների հետ միասին նա փակում էր արագաչափերի տեսախցիկները և այդ առիթով նույնիսկ բանաստեղծություններ գրում, բայց երբ դարձավ վարչապետ, փոխեց իր դիրքորոշումը։

Վերջինս սկսեց հիմնավորել արագաչափերի և տեսախցիկների առկայությունը ճանապարհային պատահարները կանխարգելելու անհրաժեշտությամբ։

Ընդդիմադիր Փաշինյանի և վարչապետ Փաշինյանի՝ տրամագծորեն հակառակ դիրքորոշումների շարքը կարելի է երկար շարունակել, և հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը` բացառված չէ, որ ներկայիս վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կարող է լիովին հակադրվել վաղվա վարչապետ Փաշինյանին։

Օրինակ՝ ներկայումս Փաշինյանը հիմնավորում է Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման կարևորությունը և օգուտները, բայց վաղվա Փաշինյանը, տեսնելով հանքի շահագործման դեմ ահագնացող բողոքի ալիքը, կարող է արդեն հիմնավորել հանքի շահագործման անթույլատրելիությունը և շրջակա միջավայրին հասցվող վնասները։

Դիտարկելով Փաշինյանի ողջ քաղաքական հետագիծը՝ տեսնում ենք, որ վերջինս միայն մեկ սկզբունք ունի, որը վերաբերում է անսկզբունքայնությանը։ Եվ իր քաղաքական ամբիցիաները ի կատար ածելու համար Փաշինյանը գործի է դնում իր գլխավոր գործիքը՝ ամբոխահաճությունը։ Ինչպես նշել է Շառլ դը Գոլը, տեր դառնալու համար քաղաքական գործիչը ներկայանում է ծառայի դերում:
