Սուրեն Պապիկյանն ներկայացրել է Իջևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնակատար Հայկ Ղալումյանին
POLITICSՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր Իջևանի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմին, համայնքի ավագանու անդամներին և համայնքային ենթակայության կառույցների պատասխանատուներին է ներկայացրել համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Հայկ Ղալումյանին։
Ներկաներին ուղղված իր ողջույնի խոսքում նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նկատել է, որ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Հայկ Ղալումյանի նշանակմամբ Իջևանում այսօր կարևոր փուլի մեկնարկ է տրվում` պայմանավորված համայնքում առաջիկայում սպասվող բաց և թափանցիկ ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու ու նոր Հայաստանի ոգուն և էությանը համապատասխան գործունեություն ծավալող համայնքի ղեկավար ունենալու հրամայականով։ «Պարոն Ղալումյանը իր երկարամյա աշխատանքային գործունեության ընթացքում ցուցաբերել է լավ կառավարչի որակներ և որպես իջևանցի ունի բարի համբավ։ Իհարկե, այս ընթացքում նրա ուսերին դրված է մեծ պատասխանատվություն, քանզի առաջիկա մի քանի ամիսներին մենք նրանից ակնկալում ենք հեղափոխական քայլեր համայնքի տնտեսության առողջացման, համայնքի բնակչության ոգու և տրամադրությունների բարձրացման հարցում, ինչը տարածաշրջանի ու Իջևան համայնքի համար պետք է զարգացման նոր էջ բացի»,- ասել է նախարարը։
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Հայկ Ղալումյանին պաշտոնում նշանակման կապակցությամբ՝ նախարար Պապիկյանը նրան հաջողություններ է մաղթել Իջևանում նոր Հայաստանի քաղաքական մշակույթն ամրացնելու կարևորագույն առաքելության ճանապարհին։ Իր հերթին Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանը ևս շնորհավորել է նորանշանակ համայնքապետին և վստահություն հայտնել, որ Հայկ Ղալումյանը, որպես նոր ավյունով մարդ, կարող է շատ լուրջ խթան հանդիսանալ մարզպետարանի հետ արդեն ձևավորված համատեղ աշխատանքներում: Ըստ մարզպետի՝ առաջիկա ամենամեծ խնդիրը Իջևանում բարձր մակարդակով, անթերի և որակյալ ընտրական գործընթաց կազմակերպելն է, որն օրինակ կծառայի ամբողջ Հայաստանի համար:
Ավելի վաղ մամուլում տեղեկատվություն էրն տարածվել, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր քավորին՝ Հայկ Ղալումյանին նշանակելու է Իջեւանի քաղաքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։ Հայկ Ղալումյանը «Իմ Քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, Տավուշի նախկին մարզպետ Վահե Ղալումյանի եղբայրն է:
Նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղալումյանը անցած շաբաթ հրաժարականի դիմում էր ներկայացրել: Նշենք, որ քաղաքապետի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել:
