ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց ԱԱԾ և ոստիկանության պետերի պաշտոնները քաղաքական համարելու ԼՀԿ օրինագիծը
POLITICSՀՀ Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի և Ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնները քաղաքական համարելու օրենքի նախագիծը: Նախագիծը հեղինակել է ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը:
«Ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում ծառայության մասին», «ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայության մասին», ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի և Ոստիկանության պետի պաշտոնները հանել ոստիկանության պաշտոնների և ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների ծառայողների պաշտոնների անվանացանկերից և դրանք համարել քաղաքական պաշտոններ՝ այդ աշխատատեղերում նշանակվող անձանց համար ևս սահմանելով պատգամավորի թեկնածուին ներկայացվող պահանջները:
Ներկայացված օրենքի նախագիծն Ազգային ժողովի նիստում բուռն քննարկումների է արժանացել:
Խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական դատավարության օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որը կրկին հեղինակել է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը: Առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկման ընթացքում խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տարոն Սիմոնյանը նշել է, որ նախագծի առկայությունը պայմանավորված է օրենսդրական բացերը լրացնելու հանգամանքով: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են քաղաքացիական դատավարության այն դրույթին, որն առնչվում է դատարանների ընդդատության եւ ենթակայության հետ կապված հարցերի կարգավորմանը:
