ԱԺ Տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանը խոստանում է առաջիկա շաբաթ ԱԺ դատին ներկայացնել իր հեղինակած դատական համակարգի բարեփոխումների հիմնադրույթներն ու ճանապարհային քարտեզը: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նա նշել է, որ եթե դրանք հավանության արժանանան խմբակցության կողմից, կներկայացնի օրինագիծ: Ըստ դրա՝ Վճռաբեկ դատարանը և Սահմանադրական դատարանը վերացվում են, դրանց փոխարեն՝ ստեղծվում է Գերագույն դատարան: Կողմերը դատարանում կարող են ընտրել դատավորներին: Օրինակ՝ հայցվորն առաջարկում է դատավորների 5 հոգանոց ցանկ և ներկայացնում պատասխանող կողմին, որն ընտրում է որևէ մեկին, իսկ եթե համաձայն չէ ներկայացված թեկնածուների հետ, ապա ինքն է ներկայացնում հինգ հոգանոց ցանկ, եթե հայցվորն էլ չի համաձայնում դրանց, ապա առաջին հորիզոնականում գտնվող թեկնածուները համարվում են ընտրված, նրանք ընտրում են երրորդին ոչ այդ ցանկերից, և իրականացվում է դատավարությունը, որի համար կողմերը վճարում են գումար:
 
Հետզհետե, անցումային շրջանից հետո, դատավորների աշխատավարձերը ձևավորվում են միայն ու միայն այդ տուրքերից: Էությունն այն է, որ այն դատավորները, որ պրոֆեսիոնալ են, արդար են, կոռումպացված չեն, նրանք ավելի պահանջված լինեն և, հետևաբար, ավելի շատ վաստակեն՝ ամսվա կտրվածքով՝ մինչև 10 հազար դոլարի սահմաններում: Սրանից բխող առաջարկներ կան՝ դատավորների թեկնածությունների առաջադրման, դատական պալատի ստեղծման մասին: Ինչպես կա Փաստաբանների պալատ, պետք է ստեղծվի Դատական պալատ, որի նախագահությունը փոխարինելու է ԲԴԽ-ին:
 
Սա մի պրակտիկա է, որը դեռևս չի կիրառվել և ոչ մի երկրում, և ՀՀ սահմանադրությունը առնվազն մեկ անգամ կարդացած մարդը պետք է որ հասկանար՝ սա Սահմանադրության, երկրի Մայր օրենքի կոպիտ ոտնահարում է: Ինչպես երևում է, «Իմ Քայլում» որոշել են կտրուկ քայլերի դիմել ՍԴ շուրջ ստեղծված հակասությունները վերջնական լուծելու նպատակով: Դատավորները, կարծես թե, չեն ցանկանում ժամանակից շուտ թոշակի անցնել, ԲԴԽ-ն այնքան վերահսկելի չէ, որքան դա կցանկանային իշխանությունները: Հետևաբար, պետք է «Իմ Քայլի» նման ցանկությունը դիտարկել այն պրիզմայի ներքո, որ Հրայր Թովմասյանի ՍԴ-ից ազատվելու բոլոր նախորդ փորձերը անհաջող են եղել, և իշխանություններին մնում է միայն դիմել վերջին՝ թերևս ամենահակասահմանադրական քայլի, որը, սակայն անպատասխան չի մնալու թե՛ Հայաստանյան հանրության, թե՛ միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Հետևաբար, իշխող քաղաքական ուժը պետք է հաշվարկի բոլոր ռիսկերը և նոր միայն օրակարգ բերի պետականության հիմքերը խարխլող նախագիծ:
