ԱԳ նախարար Մնացականյանը եւ Լիտվայի վարչապետը մտքեր են փոխանակել ԵՄ համաձայնագրի շրջանակում գործակցության շուրջ

Պաշտոնական այցով Լիտվայում գտնվող ԱԳ նախարար  Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 16-ին, ընդունել է Լիտվայի վարչապետ Սաուլիուս Սկվերնելիսը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԳՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից։

 

Վարչապետ Սկվերնելիսը և նախարար Մնացականյանը դրական են գնահատել Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի միջև հաստատված գործընկերային հարաբերությունների և տարբեր մակարդակներում երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ երկուստեք առկա է պատրաստակամություն՝ պահպանելու այդ դինամիկան և առավել խորացնելու համագործակցությունը:

 

 

Նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ իր այցը Վիլնյուս լավ հնարավորություն է՝ քննարկելու փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում համագործակցության հեռանկարները և ուղենշելու հետագա քայլերը։ Այդ համատեքստում անդրադարձ է կատարվել էլեկտրոնային կառավարման, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, ֆինանսական տեխնոլոգիաների, բիոտեխնոլոգիաների, ստեղծարար կրթության և այլ ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության ընդլայնման, վերոնշյալ ոլորտներում Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի փորձի փոխանակմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի նախաձեռնմանն ու իրականացմանը:

 

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը Լիտվայի վարչապետին ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող լայնածավալ բարեփոխումների օրակարգը։

 

ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Լիտվայի վարչապետ Սաուլիս Սկվերնելիսը հանգամանալից մտքեր են փոխանակել Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում համագործակցության շուրջ։ Մարդկանց միջև շփումների խթանման համատեքստում նախարար Մնացականյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնել է ԵՄ երկրներ մուտքի արտոնագրի ազատականացման երկխոսության մեկնարկի հարցում Լիտվայի հաստատակամ աջակցության համար։

 

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը զրուցակցի ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց 2019թ. Հայաստանում կայանալիք Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների համաշխահային կոնգրեսի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների վրա և հույս հայտնեց, որ լիտվական կառավարությունը և առաջատար ընկերություններն իրենց ակտիվ մասնակցությունը կունենան այս միջոցառմանը:

 

 Տարածաշրջանային հարցերի համատեքստում երկուստեք ընդգծվեց Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության և կայունության պահպանման և ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտությունը։
