Մեր զրուցակիցն է Իմեքս գրուպի նախագծերի ղեկավար Հովիկ Հովհաննիսյանը

 

Հայաստանում հավելվածներից օգտվելու մշակույթը դեռ այդքան զարգացած չէ, ինչու՞ որոշեցիք նման բան նախաձեռնել և ինչպե՞ս ընտրվեց հենց այս ոլորտը:

 

Իդեալ Համակարգը լինելով շինարարական ոլորտի առաջատարը ՀՀ-ում՝ նախաձեռնեց համակարգել և զարգացնել ևս մեկ ուղղություն, որը վերանորոգման ծառայությունների ոլորտում նորարարական լուծում է:

Իդեալ Մաստեր հավելվածի միջոցով մեր հաճախորդները հնարավորություն ունեն իրենց նախընտրած ժամին և հասցեով պատվիրել ավելի քան 150 ծառայություններից ցանկացածը:

Ինչպես նշեցի Իդեալ Մաստեր հավելվածի միջոցով կարող են պատվիրել սանտեխնիկայի, ջեռուցման համակարգերի վերանորոգման ու տեղադրման, ներքին հարդարման, ձևավորման, մաքրման, կենցաղային օգնականի ,ինչպես նաև Էլ. տեխնիկայի տեղադրման ու վերանորոգման ծառայություններ:

 

 

 

Ինչպե՞ս պետք է հաճախորդը ընտրի վարպետին, արդյո՞ք վստահելի են նրանք

 

Մեզ հետ համագործակցում են քաղաքի լավագույն վարպետները, յուրանքանչյուր վարպետ ունի իր ռեյտինգը, որը ձևավորվում է հաճախորդների կողմից տրված գնահատականների արդյունքում:

 

 

 

Մենք մշտապես վերահսկում ենք կատարված աշխատանքները: Մեր վարպետները անցնում են վերապատրաստման

 

դասընթացներ, կազմակերպվում են սեմինարներ: Նրանք անընդհատ կատարելագործում են իրենց մասնագիտական գիտելիքները:

Խնդիրները ամենաբազմազան բնույթի են եղել՝ սկսած ծրագրային խնդիրներից: Մեր թիմը ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հետևողական է ցանկացած խնդրի եւ ամեն ինչ անում է հաճախորդների գոհունակությունը բարձրացնելու համար:

 

Ցանկացած դիմում-բողոք մանրամասն քննվում է և տրվում են հաճախորդամետ
լուծումներ:

Մենք շատ պլաններ ունենք: Սկսած նոր ծառայությունների ավելացումից, մինչև ծառայությունների մատուցման աշխարհագրության ընդլայնումը:

 

 

 

Ներկայումս մենք պատվերներ իրականացնում ենք  հիմնականում Երևանում և Երևանին մոտ բնակավայրերում։ 

 

Ապագայում պլանավորում ենք բոլոր մարզկենտրոններում, ապա նաև բոլոր խոշոր բնակավայրերում մատուցել մեր ծառայությունները:
