ԱԱԾ արդեն նախկին ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականը բավական ակտիվություն է մտցրել ըննդիմության՝ նախկին իշխանական ու իշխանամերձ շրջանակներում: Եվ դա բնական է, քանի որ, դասական առումով, նման պաշտոնանկությունները ըննդիմության համար լավ առիթ են իշխանություններին քարկոծելու և բողոքի նոր ալիք բարձրացնելու համար:

 

Ուշագրավ է սակայն, որ ըննդիմադիր գործիչները բավական մեղմ են արտահայտվում Ա. Վանեցյանի մասին: Ինչ-որ տեղ նույնիսկ փորձում են հաճոյանալ, որպեսզի գրանվեն ԱԱԾ նախկին պետին, մոռանալով, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում բավական սուր գնահատականներ էին հնչեցնում նույն Վանեցյանի կողմից ղեկավարած կառույցի մասկի-շոուների մասով: Ինչևէ, սա կոչվում է քաղաքականություն: Այսինքն՝ երեկվա պաշտոնյան ընդամենը մեկ օր հետո կարող է դառնալ ընդդիմադիր գործիչ, մոռացության տալով ամեն ինչ: Եվ՝ հակառակը:

 

ԱԱԾ նախկին պետի շուրջ հյուսվող ըննդիմադիր դառնալու հեռանկարը, սակայն, այնքան էլ ընկալելի չի կարող լինել շատերի համար: Հատկապես նրանց, ովքեր բավական մոտիկից գիտեն և պատկերացնում են կառույցի լիազորություններն ու պարտականությունները: Իրականում այնքան էլ հասկանալի չէ նաև Ա. Ու եթե ընդդիմությունն այս ամենից փորձում է օր առաջ օգուտ քաղել, ձեռքի հետ էլ իր կողմը գրավել Վանեցյանին, ապա, երբ հարցին մոտենում ենք երկրի ու քաղաքացիների անվտանգության տեսանկյունից, պարզ է դառնում, որ այդպիսի բովանդակություն ունեցող հայտարարությունը բարձրացնում է անվստահությունը երկրի անվտանգության երաշխավորի պարտականությունները ստանձնած կառույցի հանդեպ:

 

Մնում է հասկանալ, թե ինչու երկրում ամենաբարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող պետական պաշտոնյաներից մեկը՝ Վանեցյանը, որը հղում է անում սպայի ուսադիրներին, իր հրաժարականի տեքստում չի խոսում այն մասին, թե ինչու մինչև հիմա չեն հայտնաբերվել խուզարկության մեջ գնտվող նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնաներ, չեն բացահայտվել շատ ու շատ աղմկահարույց դեպքեր, կորած փաստաթղթեր ինչը ևս բավական հետաքրքիր կլիներ սպայի ուսադիրների համատեքստում:
