Տղա ունենալը որոշ զույգերի համար ուղղակի երազանք է:Իհարկե շատերիը կուզեին ինքնուրույն ընտրել ապագա երեխայի սեռը:

Այս հարցում կարող են օգնել և՛ ժողովրդական մեթոդները և՛ նորարար տեխնոլոգիաները:Չնայած 100%-անոց արդյունք անհնար է ունենալ, բայց կարելի է ազդել այս գործոնի վրա:

Պետք է իմանալ,որ երեխան իր ԴՆԹ-ն վերցնում կիսով չափ մորից կիսով չափ հորից:Կինը համարվում է XX քրոմոսոմի կրող,իսկ տղամարդը ՝ XY:Որպեսզի երեխան տղա լինի,պետք է տղամարդու կողմից փոխանցվի Y քրոմոսոմ:Այս գործընթացը բավականին բարդ է,սակայն դրա վար կարելի է ազդել:

Չնայած այս ամենին պետք է հասկանալ,որ միանշանակ արդյունք ակնկալել պետք չէ:Միանշանակ երեխայի սեռը կարելի է իմանալ միայն արհեստական բեղմնավորման արդյունքում:

Օրացույցը կօգնի տղա ունենալ:

Այս մեթոդի արդյունավետությունը փորձված է սերունդներով:Օրացույցը կօգնի մեծացնել տղա ունենլու և Y քրոմոսոմի՝ ձվաբջիջ հասնելու հավանականությունը:

Տղա ցանկացող զույգերը պետք է յուրահատուկ անձնական օրացույց ունենան,որտեղ պետք է նշվի մոր օվուլիացիոն ժամանակը:

Պետք նախ մտաժել այն մասին,որ տղամարդու մոտ պետք է Y քրոմոսոմները ավելի ակտիվ լինեն:Դրա համար պետք է նվազեցնել սեռական հարաբերությունների քանակը մինչև շաբաթական 2 անգամ,իսկ բեղմանվորումից մեկ շաբաթ առաջ առհասարակ բացառել այն:

Պետք է նշել,որ տղա ունենալու համար կինը պետք է սեռական ակտից հետո 30 րոպե մեջքի վրա պառկած մնա:Կախված արգանդի վզիկի դիրքից տարբեր կանանց մոտ այս դիրքը տարբեր կարող է լինել:Պետք է այդ հարցում խորհրդակցել մասնագետի հետ:
