Սաուդյան Արաբիան լիովին կվերականգնի նավթարդյունահանումը սեպտեմբերի վերջին եւ կարողացել է ի հաշիվ հումքի պաշարների հաճախորդներին վերադարձնել մատակարարումների ծավալն այն մակարդակով, որը կար մինչեւ նավթային օբյեկտների հարձակման ենթարկվելն անցած հանգստյան օրերին, տեղեկացնում է Reuters-ը։

 

Թագավորության էներգետիկայի նախարար, արքայազն Աբդուլազիզ բին Սալմանն ասել է, որ նավթարդյունահանման միջին մակարդակը սեպտեմբերին եւ հոկտեմբերին կկազմի 9,89 մլն բարել օրական, եւ որ երկիրը կպահպանի բոլոր հաճախորդների մատակարարումները լրիվ ծավալով սեպտեմբերին։

 

 

«Վերջին երկու օրերին մենք սահմանափակել ենք վնասը եւ վերականգնել արտադրության ավելի քան կեսը, որ կորցրել էինք այդ ահաբեկչական գրոհի հետեւանքով»,- ասել է արքայազնը Ջիդայում մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ։

 

Երկրի արտադրահզորությունները կհասնեն օրական 11 մլն բարելի սեպտեմբերի վերջին եւ 12 մլն բարելի նոյեմբերի վերջին, ասել է նախարարը։

 

«Նավթի մատակարարումները նախկին ծավալով շուկա կվերադառնան մինչեւ շաբաթ օրվա ժամը 3.43-ը»,- ասել է նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ Aramco պետական նավթային հսկան գրոհից հետո հառնել է «որպես փյունիկ մոխիրներից»։

 

Aramco-ի ղեկավար Ամին Նասերն ասել է, որ ընկերությունը, որը պատրաստվում է IPO-ի, շարունակում է վերականգնողական աշխատանքների անհրաժեշտ մակարդակի գնահատումը, բայց «այն այդքան էլ զգալի չէ»՝ հաշվի առնելով դրա մեծությունը։

 

«Մենք կվերադառնանք մեր ենթակառուցվածքի վրա գրոհից առաջվա արտադրության (մակարդակին) սեպտեմբերի վերջին»,- ասել է Նասերը մամուլի ասուլիսում։

 

Գրոհից հետո յոթ ժամվա ընթացքում Aramco-ն մարել է 10 հրդեհ, ասել է Նասերը։

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ ընկերությունը գտնվում է նավթավերամշակումը լիակատար հզորության վերադարձնելու գործընթացում, եւ նավթամթերքները բավական են տեղական շուկաներն ապահովելու համար։ Aramco-ի նավթի պաշարների ծավալը գերազանցում է 60 մլն բարելը, ասել է նա։

 

Aramco-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Յասիր ար Ռումայանն ասել է, որ ընկերությունը պատրաստ կլինի IPO-ին առաջիկա 12 ամիսների ընթացքում։

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ IPO-ն կշարունակվի այն նույն տեսքով, որով նախատեսվում էր՝ չնայած գրոհներին, իսկ բաշխման ժամկետները կախված կլինեն շուկայական իրավիճակից։

 

Արքայազն Աբդուլազիզն ասել է, որ Էր Ռիադն առայժմ չգիտի, թե ով եւ ինչու է իրականացրել գրոհները՝ ավելացնելով, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիան մտադիր է պահպանել հուսալի մատակարարի դերը համաշխարհային շուկայում եւ կոշտ միջոցներ կձեռնարկի, որպեսզի այսուհետ նման գրոհներ թույլ չտա։

 

Թագավորության ԱԳՆ-ն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ հետաքննության նախնական տվյալները վկայում են գրոհի ընթացքում իրանական զենքի կիրառման մասին, որի ժամանակ, համաձայն իշխանությունների, գործի են դրվել անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր։
