Ի՞նչ խորհուրդներ է տալու Վալերի Օսիպյանը վարչապետին. Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի մեկնաբանությունը
POLITICSԻ՞նչ խորհուրդներ է տալու վարչապետին արդեն նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը, որի գործունեությունից վարչապետը դժգոհ էր: Այս հարցն ուղղեցին լրագրողները վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանին:
«Երբ պարոն Օսիպյանի հետ հանդիպեք, հարցրեք, հարցն իրեն է ուղղված: Եթե մի ուղղությամբ, մի գործառույթի շրջանակներում կան որոշակի հարցադրումներ, դա չի նշանակում, որ թիմի անդամը կամ այն պաշտոնյան, որին ղեկավարությունը վստահում է, չի կարող մեկ այլ ուղղությամբ օգտակար լինել եւ իրականացնել պատշաճ մակարդակի գործունեությունը»,-ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ նախօրեին Վալերի Օսիպյանն ազատվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից, իսկ դրանից մի քանի ժամ անց նշանակվել վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական:
Հարցին, թե պետական կառավարման համակարգում չկա՞ն այլ պաշտոնյաներ, նախարարներ, որոնց նկատմամբ վարչապետը կասկածներ ունի եւ ցանկանում է պաշտոնանկ անել, Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը պատասխանեց. «Եթե շարունակում են պաշտոնավարել, ի՞նչ կասկածի մասին է խոսքը: Ուրեմն ունեն վարչապետի վստահությունը»:
