Արդի տեխնոլոգիա. Կողբի մանկապարտեզում փայտյա վառարաններին այժմ կփոխարինի ջեռուցման նոր համակարգը

Տավուշի մարզի ամենամեծ գյուղը՝ սահմանամերձ Կողբը, 4.5 կմ է հեռու պետական սահմանից: Գյուղի մեծերը կատակում են, թե գրեթե քաղաքաբնակի կյանքով են ապրում. ունեն երկու դպրոց, երկու մանկապարտեզ, մշակույթի տուն ու արվեստի դպրոց, հիմնական զբաղմունք էլ բուսաբուծությունն ու այգեգործությանն է: Եթե չլինի նկարահանող տեսախցիկի նկատմամբ երեխաների զգուշավոր ու վախվորած արձագանքը, ապա սահմանամերձ լինելու փաստն առաջին հայացքից կարող է նույնիսկ չզգացվել: Ուսին դրված տեսախցիկը մանկապարտեզի փոքրիկները նախ որպես կրակող զենք են ընկալում, ավելի ուշ՝ անտեսում են ու հանգիստ խաղում:

Կողբի առաջին մանկապարտեզը կառուցվել է 70 տարի առաջ՝ 1965 թվականին: Ոչ տիպային շինությունն սկզբում ջեռուցվել է քարածխի, իսկ խորհրդային համակարգի փլուզմանը հաջորդած տարիներին՝ փայտյա վառարաններով: Ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական լուծումները՝ այլընտրանքային էներգիայով շենքը տաքացնելու տարբերակը, անհասանելի է եղել մանկապարտեզին: Հին մեթոդներով շենքում ջեռուցում ապահովելը բարդ ու վտանգավոր գործընթաց է եղել: 60 սան ունեցող մանկապարտեզի տարբեր սենյակներում տեղադրվել է 5 վառարան:  Չնայած դրանց գործարկումը եղել է աշխատակիցների մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում, սակայն վտանգն ու անհարմարությունը զգալի են եղել:

«Ձմռան ամիսներին շենքում ջեռուցում ապահովելը շատ բարդ է: Հիմնականում փայտյա վառարաններով, երբեմն էլ՝ էլեկտրական սալիկներով ենք տաքացնում: Կայուն ջերմաստիճան ապահովելը գրեթե անհնար է լինում: Սենյակները հաճախ ծխով են լցվում: Էլ չեմ խոսում շարժուն երեխաներին  շիկացած վառարաններից հեռու պահելու մասին: Կարծում եմ՝ այս հարցում գյուղը չպետք է տարբերվի քաղաքից: Առավել ևս՝ սահմանամերձ գյուղը: Ուշադրությունը պետք է մեծ լինի»,-ասել է մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Ալինա Մամյանը: 

Ամռանը խնդիրը ներկայացվել է համանման խնդիրները լուծելու արդյունավետ փորձ ունեցող գործընկերներին: Արձագանքը չի ուշացել: ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ը և Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամը (FPWC) արդեն իսկ  համատեղ ջանքերով, գործնական կոնկրետ քայլեր են իրականացնում: Գործընկերներն ձգտում են տաք ձմեռ ապահովել փոքրիկների համար: Ծրագիրն արդարացված է նաև բնապահպանական առումով: Հնացած ու ոչ արդյունավետ մեթոդներին փոխարինելու է ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիան՝ ջեռուցման կենտրոնացված համակարգը՝ համալրված արևային ջրատաքացուցիչներով:

«Երեխաներին հարկավոր է մեծացնել առանց դժվար հիշողությունների: Դա կարևոր է հատկապես ապագայի համար: Շիկացած, այրող մետաղը կամ սենյակ լցվող ծուխը չեն կարող առաջացնել դրական հույզեր:  Գուցե շատ տարիներ առաջ փայտյա վառարաններով սենյակ ջեռուցելը համարվում էր նորմալ երևույթ կամ միակ լուծումը, սակայն ոչ այսօր, երբ կան զարգացած ու անվտանգ տեխնոլոգիաներ: Սա մի ծրագիր է, որը թույլ է տալիս նորարար տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ՝ փոխել սահմանին ապրող երեխայի և նրան դաստիարակող մանկավարժի առօրյան: Ուրախ եմ, որ գործընկեր կազմակերպության հետ կարող ենք օգտակար լինել նրանց»,-նշել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:

Սահմանապահ և հեռավոր բնակավայրերում ջեռուցման էներգախնայող համակարգերի ներդրումը էկոգյուղերի ցանցի ստեղծման կարևոր քայլերից է: Այս կերպ հնարավոր կլինի այդ գյուղերն ինտեգրել մի գործընթացում, որի հիմքում կայուն զարգացման չորս՝ բնապահպանական, տնտեսական, մշակութային և սոցիալական բաղադրիչներն են: Ծրագրի արդյունքում էապես կկրճատվեն համայնքի բյուջետային ծախսերը, կլինեն խնայողություններ, որոնք կարող են ուղղվել այլ խնդիրների լուծմանը:
