ՊԵԿ-ը կանխել է ԵՏՄ երկրներից կեղծ հաշվարկային փաստաթղթերով ապրանքների ներկրման դեպք
ECONOMICSՊետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակում է հետևողական հսկողությունը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններից կեղծ հաշվարկային փաստաթղթերով ապրանքների ներկրման նկատմամբ:
ՊԵԿ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչություն օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացվել, որ անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Կ. Ե.-ի անվամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից Հայաստան ներկրվող տարբեր տեսակի ապրանքների և դրանք ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի միջև առկա են անհամապատասխանություններ։
Վարչության թիվ 3 բաժնի աշխատակիցները, իրացնելով տվյալները, ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հատելուց հետո զննության են ենթարկել բեռնատարը: Պարզվել է, որ բեռն ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերում նշված 922 արկղ կոսմետիկ պարագաների փոխարեն առկա է 1.542 արկղ: Բացի դրանից՝ առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի բեռնատարում եղել է նաև բնականին նմանվող մորթուց կարված 93 մուշտակ։
Պարզվել է նաև, որ հաշիվ-ապրանքագրում նշված ապրանքների 495 հազար ռուսական ռուբլի արժեքը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, այլ բեռնատարում փաստացի առկա են եղել 5 միլիոն 870 հազար ռուսական ռուբլի արժեքով ապրանքներ՝ հաշվի չառնելով 93 մուշտակի արժեքը։
Ըստ նախնական հաշվարկի, պետությանը պատճառվել է խոշոր չափի վնաս։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և նշված ապրանքներն առգրավվել են: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում պետությանը պատճառված վնասի վերջնական չափը հստակեցնելու ուղղությամբ։
ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ հանդիսացող պետություններից ներկրումներ իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին և ֆիզիկական անձանց հորդորում է ապրանքների ձեռք բերման գները, քանակը և տեսականին փաստաթղթերում նշել իրականությանը համապատասխան և ներկայացնել ճշգրիտ տվյալներ՝ հետագա հարկային հսկողությունից և խիստ վարչարարությունից խուսափելու համար:
