«Պետք է թև ու թիկունք լինենք մեր բանակին ու հայրենիքին»

Ապրիլ յան քառօրյայից հետո ներսումս, կարծես թե, ամեն ինչ տակնուվրա եղավ, քանդվեց: Ես հստակ որոշեցի՝ պետք է լինեմ զինվորների կողքին: Այսպես է սկսվում տիկին Նունեի հետ զրույցը, երբ հարցնում եմ, թե ինչու որոշեց ստեղծել «Թիկունք» հասարակական-սոցիալական կազմակերպությունը:

«Զինվորն ու նրա ընտանիքը երկու տարի իրարից հեռու են: Մենք փորձում ենք որոշակիորեն այդ բացը լրացնել՝ հաճախակի այցեր կազմակերպելով զորամասեր: Պետք է թև ու թիկունք լինենք մեր բանակին, հայրենիքին ու ժողովրդին: Դա է մեր ուժը: Այդ էր պատճառը, որ կազմակերպությունը հենց «Թիկունք» անվանեցի»,-ասում է կազմակերպության հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Նունե Մուրադյանը:

Կազմակերպության ստեղծումից հետո հաջորդ քայլը եղել է պաշտպանության նախարարությանը դիմելը: «Դիմեցի պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, խնդրեցի, որ թույլ տան այցեր կազմակերպել զորամասեր, և ինձ չմերժեցին: Ցանկացած զորամասում, պաշտպանության նախարարի գիտությամբ, կարող եմ ներկա գտնվել, ստուգել զինվորի հիգիենան, սնունդը, հետաքրքրվել, թե ինչպիսի հարաբերություններ են սպաների հետ և ծանոթանալ այլ հարցերի, որոնք վերաբերում են բացառապես զինվորներին:

 

Երեք տարի շարունակ եղել եմ թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Արցախի Հանրապետությունների գրեթե բոլոր զորամասերում, բարձրաձայնել եմ նաև խնդիրների մասին, որոնք դրական լուծում են ստացել»,-նշում է տիկին Նունեն՝ հավելելով, որ փորձում է աչքաթող չանել և ոչ մի զորամաս, իսկ եթե որոշում է երկար ճանապարհ անցնել և մեկնում է Արցախ, բնականաբար, այցելում է ոչ թե մեկ, այլ մի քանի զորամաս: 

Որպես հասարակական կազմակերպության հիմնադիր, այս տարի ամառային զորակոչից առաջ դիմել է պաշտպանության նախարարությանը՝ խնդրելով թույլ տալ մասնակցել և հետևել ամառային զորակոչի ողջ ընթացքին: Նախարարությունը չի մերժել տիկին Մուրադյանին: Նա նշում է, որ իրեն հետաքրքիր էր, թե ինչպես է ընթանում զորակոչը, ինչ խնդիրներ են բարձրաձայնում ծնողները: 

 
 

Հայաստանում և Արցախում ծառայող զինվորներին այցելության գնալ, այն էլ՝ ոչ դատարկաձեռն, ֆինանսական միջոցներ է պահանջում: Որտեղի՞ց է ՀԿ-ն այդ միջոցները հայթայթում:

 

Մեր զրուցակիցը նշում է՝ իր աջակիցներն են ընտանիքը, ընկերները, բարեկամները: «Նրանցից շատերը արտերկրում են բնակվում, նրանք էլ ինձ են թիկունք լինում: Օգնում են նաև բարերարները, եկեղեցին, որոնց պարբերաբար դիմում եմ նամակներով և ներկայացնում, որ նման ծրագիր եմ ցանկանում իրականացնել: Ուրախ եմ, որ չեն մերժում: Աջակցում են անհրաժեշտ իրերով, որոնք հետագայում գտնում են իրենց հասցեատերերին:

Մի քանի տարի է՝ աշխատում եմ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ, ես իրենցից ոչինչ չեմ խնդրել, օրինակ գոնե տրանսպորտի հարցը լուծել, չէ՞ որ գնում եմ այդքան հեռու զորամասեր: Գուցե դա նաև իմ տեսակից է գալիս. չեմ սիրում ինչ-որ մեկին պարտավորված լինել: Ամեն ինչ անում եմ իմ, ընտանիքիս և ընկերներիս միջոցներով:

Պետությունից չեմ ունեցել աջակցություն, բայց արդար լինելու համար ասեմ՝ երբեք էլ չեմ դիմել ֆինանսական աջակցություն ստանալու խնդրանքով»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

 

Տիկին Նունեն համոզված է՝ այցերը զորամասեր, հանդիպումները զինվորների հետ առաջին հերթին օգտակար և կարևոր են հենց նրանց համար: «Զինվորները սկսում են սպասել մեզ: Մեր շփումները, կազմակերպված միջոցառումները հոգեկան բավարարվածություն են պատճառում նրանց:

Բանակում էլ դրական փոփոխություններ են կատարվել: Նկատում եմ՝ սննդի որակը բավական լավացել է: Զինծառայողներն այժմ հեռախոսներ ունեն, կապ են պահում ծնողների հետ: Սա էլ է դրական ազդեցություն ունենում ծառայության ընթացքի վրա»,-եզրափակում է Նունե Մուրադյանը:
