POLITICSՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել ՀՀ Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ։
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:
Դեպի Անկախություն տանող մեր ճանապարհը չափազանց դժվար էր ու լի փորձություններով:
Այն սկսվեց պատերազմով, տնտեսության փլուզմամբ և էներգետիկ ճգնաժամով, ինչը մեծ տառապանք պատճառեց մեր բոլոր քաղաքացիներին: Սակայն, չնայած այդ փորձություններին և ի հեճուկս դրանց, այդ տարիներին դրվում էին մեր պետականության հիմքերը:
Մենք չափազանց մեծ գին ենք վճարել Անկախության համար և պետք է փայփայենք այն: Բայց հնարավոր չէ պահպանել Անկախությունն՝ առանց հզոր պետականության:
Ես պատիվ եմ ունեցել 10 տարի մեր պետության ղեկավարը լինել և շնորհակալ եմ ճակատագրին՝ երկրիս ծառայելու հնարավորության համար: Այդ տարիներին շատ բան է արվել երկրի անվտանգության ամրապնդման, տնտեսության զարգացման և պետականաշինության գործում: Մենք արել ենք հնարավորը, որպեսզի Հայոց պետականության ընկալումը դառնա քաղաքացիների կողմից մեր ազգային ինքնության ընկալման անբաժանելի մասը:
Սակայն այսօր երկիրը կանգնել է տարիներ շարունակ արյամբ և քրտինքով կառուցածը անպատասխանատու կերպով քանդելու վտանգի առաջ:
«Հեղափոխական» տենդով քանդվում են պետության ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերը, ոչնչացվում ավանդական ազգային արժեքները, անհանդուրժողականություն և փոխադարձ ատելություն է սերմանվում:
Ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ երկիրն իր մեջ ուժ կգտնի դիմակայելու վերահաս վտանգին: Որ հասարակությունը պատվով հաղթահարելու է նաև ա՛յս փորձությունը՝ դառնալով ավելի ուժեղ և խոհեմ, ձեռք բերելով սևը՝ սպիտակից, ստախոսին՝ ճշմարտախոսից, անամոթ պոպուլիզմը՝ պատասխանատու քաղաքականությունից տարբերելու այնքան կարևոր փորձառություն:
