Արտաշատի համաչափ զարգացման հստակ քայլեր է հարկավոր մշակել և իրականացնել

Հայաստանի մի շարք քաղաքներում և համայնքներում սեպտեմբերի 29-ին կայանալիք հերթական և արտահերթ ընտրություններi քարոզարշավը կամաց-կամաց մտնում է նորմալ հունի մեջ:
Orer.am-ի դիտարկումները ցույց տվեցին, որ թեև ընտրողները դեռ վերջնականապես չեն կողմնորոշվել, թե որ թեկնածուին են իրենց քվեն տալու, սակայն ընտրական գործընթացներին ակտիվորեն հետևում են:
Արտաշատ քաղաքի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների ընտրացուցակում 5-րդ համարը զբաղեցնող Սուրեն Ասատրյանը Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իր առաջադրումն ամենևին էլ ինքնանպատակ որոշում չի եղել: Նա ունի ծրագրեր, որոնք ուզում է սեփական ուժերով ու նախաձեռնությամբ կյանքի կոչել: Ի դեպ, զրույցի ընթացքում ներկայացված ծրագրերն այնքան շատ էին, որ եթե դրանց մի մասն անգամ հնարավոր լինի իրականացնել, ապա կարող ենք վստահ լինել, որ Արտաշատ քաղաքն արագ տեմպերով կսկսի զարգանալ, ինչպես նաև օրինակ ծառայել մյուս քաղաքների համար: Նշենք նաև, որ Ս. Ասատրյանն իր գործունեության ընթացքում թեև բազմաթիվ աշխատատեղեր է հիմնել, սակայն կարծում է, որ ինչքան էլ դրանք շատ լինեն, միևնույն է, չեն կարող բոլոր արտաշատցիների խնդիրները լուծել: Շատ այլ հարցեր կան, որոնք ծրագրավորված և համալիր լուծման կարիք ունեն:
«Արատաշատում ամենամեծ խնդիրը թեև աշխատատեղերի հարցն է, սակայն այն եզակի քաղաքներից է, որտեղից արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները քիչ են: Ուստի հարկավոր է Արտաշատի զարգացման այնպիսի ծրագրեր մշակել, որպեսզի բոլոր տարիքային խմբերը կարողանան մասնակցել այդ ծրագրերին: Յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է կարողանա իր մտքերն ու գաղափարները կյանքի կոչելու հնարավորություն ունենալ, և, ինչու չէ, նաև իր զբաղվածության հարցը լուծել: Դրանով մենք կկարողանանք միանգամից մի քանի խնդիր լուծել, քաղաքի բյուջեն ավելացնել և մտածել նորարարական այլ գաղափարներ իրականացնելու մասին»,- ասաց Ս. Ասատրյանը:
Ավագանու թեկնածուն կարևորում է նաև կրթական ծրագրերը: Ուստի, ընտրվելու դեպքում, առաջին հարցը, որը խոստանում է ոսումնասիրել, դպրոցներում մասնագիտական ուղղվածություն ունեցող դասարաններ հիմնելու հնարավորություն ստեղծելն է:
«Շատ կարևոր է, որ մեր երեխաները խորացված ուսուցում ստանալու հնարավորություն ուենան, և դրա համար ծնողները ստիպված չլինեն երեխաներին մայրաքաղաք տանել: 21-րդ դարի երիտասարդը չի կարող անհաղորդ մնալ ժամանակակից աշխարհից եկող ազդակներին: Հակառակ դեպքում չի կարողանա առաջ նայել ու զարգանալ: Ամեն կերպ աջակցելու եմ, որ երիտասարդները տարբեր ուղղություններով մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորություն ունենան: Հակառակ դեպքում, վաղը մենք կարող է կանգնենք այնպիսի խնդրի առջև, որ աշխատատեղեր լինեն, սակայն մասնագետներ չլինեն: Ուստի քաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման համար հարկավոր են համալիր ծրագրեր մշակել և իրականացնել, ինչը իմ կարծիքով միանգամայն իրագործելի է»,- ասաց Ս. Ասատրյանը:
Կանաչապատումը ևս պակաս կարոր չէ, քանի որ Արտաշատ քաղաքը գտնվում է կիսաանապատային գոտում: Ավագանու թեկնածուն այս առումով ևս մշակած ծրագրեր ունի, որը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն եղած կանաչ տարածքները պահպանել, այլև ավելացնել Արտաշատի կանաչ գոտիների թիվը, ինչը պակաս կարևոր չէ քաղաքի ոչ միայն արտաքին տեսքի, այլև էկոլոգիական խնդիրները լուծելու համար:
