МГИМО-ում երկու լեզու կա՝ ռուսերենը և հայերենը

Անի Սաբոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանական հայտնի կայքի մոսկովյան թղթակիցն այսպես է վերնագրել իր հոդվածը, որտեղ լուսաբանված է Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքագետների 7- րդ համառուսաստանյան համաժողովի աշխատանքը: Ադրբեջանի քաղաքագիտական միտքը համաժողովում ներկայացրել է սույն կայքի թղթակից Զաուր Ռասուլզադեն, ով առաջին իսկ օրը որոշ անհարմարություն է զգացել այն բանից, որ շեշտվել են Գեորգի Շահնազարովի քաղաքագիտական հատուկ ծառայությունները ռուսական քաղաքագիտական մտքի անդաստանում և ում անունով մեդալ է հիմնադրվել՝ տարբեր երկրների քաղաքագետներին և հասարակական գործիչներին պարգևատրելու համար:
Այնուհետև տեղեկություն է տրված, թե ով է Գեորգի Շահնազարովը. ծնվել է Բաքվում, 1973- 1990թթ. գլխավորել է քաղաքական գիտությունների խորհրդային ասոցիացիան, 1988- ին նշանակվել է ԽՄԿԿ կենտկոմի գլխավոր քարտուղարի օգնական, ավելի ուշ՝ ԽՍՀՄ նախագահի խորհրդական: 1992թ. Գ. Շահնազարովը գլխավորել է Գորբաչով- հիմնադրամի համաշխարհային խնդիրների կենտրոնը: «Ինտերնացիոնալիստ» ադրբեջանցին բոլորովին չի հիշատակել Գ. Շահնազարովի ազգությունը, քանի որ նրա վրդովմունքին առանց այդ էլ չափ ու սահման չկար: Չնայած բուհի վարչական հարկում կախված էին МГИМО- ի պատվավոր դոկտորներ Ալիևների դիմանկարները, շենքի մուտքի մոտի մեծադիր պաստառի վրայի տեղեկությունը, թե ինչ միջոցառումներ են անցկացվել բուհի 200- ամյակի առթիվ, շարադրված էր ռուսերեն և, օ´ սարսափ՝ հայերեն: Հոդվածագիր քաղաքագետի տրամաբանությամբ ճիշտ կլիներ, եթե ադրբեջաներեն էլ գրված լիներ, բայց ավա´ղ...
Այնուհետև Ռասուլզադեն նկատում է, որ Ռուսաստանում հայկական քարոզչության չտեսնված տիրապետություն է հաստատվել և օրինակ է բերում գիտաժողովի մասնակից, քաղաքագետ, ՌԴ հանրային խորհրդի անդամ Անդրանիկ Միհրանյանի եռանդուն մասնակցությունը համաժողովին: «Ռուսաստանի և ոչ մի քաղաքագետ չի կարող պարծենալ այնպիսի «մեդիականությամբ», ինչպես Միհրանյանը. նա գիշեր- ցերեկ ազգային հեռուստաընկերությունների բոլոր ալիքների էկրանին է»,- գրում է զարմացած թղթակիցը: Նրան դուր չի եկել ոչ միայն գրեթե բոլոր բանավեճերին մասնակցող Միհրանյանի եռանդը, այլև այն, որ նրա հայրենակից, քաղաքագետ Հայկ Քոթանջյանը զինվորական համազգեստով է…
Հոդվածագիրը չի հավանել նաև Մադրիդի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ալֆրեդո Գոնսալեսի այն պնդումը, թե Ղարաբաղի և Դոնբասի խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն միայն այնտեղ բնակվող ժողովուրդների կամարտահայտման հիման վրա: Տանուլ տալով գիտաժողովի բոլոր հարթակներում և բոլոր բանավեճերում, կայքի թղթակցին մնում էր հերթական անգամ իր ընթերցողներին համոզել, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը պետք է կրկնապատկի իր ջանքերը՝ հայկական քարոզչությունը ի չիք դարձնելու համար: Ադրբեջանցի հոդվածագիրն այս անգամ էլ չի նկատում հայկական քաղաքագիտության հաջողության գլխավոր կռվանը՝ ճշմարտությունը:
