Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Լոս Անջելեսում լրագրողների հետ երեկվա հանդիպմանն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականի տեքստին՝ տալով խիստ գնահատականներ. «Ինքը, դե յուրե լինելով ԱԱԾ տնօրեն, ըստ էության հայտարարություն է անում իր գերագույն հրամանատարի դեմ, և լինելով վարչապետին ենթակա մարմին, հայտարարություն է անում իր ղեկավարի դեմ, դրանից ավելի մեծ անարգանք սպայի պատվին չկա: Հետո իմացա, որ ծառայության կայքում է տեղադրվել այդ նյութը: Հանել են, բա ի՞նչ պիտի անեին, բա պիտի շարունակեր մնա՞լ: Սպան այդպիսի բան անի, դա նշանակում է ուսադիրները գցել աղբամանը: Վերջին անգամ էդպիսի բան արել են 1991 թվականի պուտչիստները»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը:

Արթուր Վանեցյանը hraparak.am-ի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասածները։

«ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Լոս Անջելեսում տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ընթացքում կրկին խոսել է բաների մասին, որոնցից քիչ է հասկանում։ Չնայած իմ հրաժարականից հետո նա դեռ շարունակում է մարդիկ ուղարկել ինձ մոտ, խնդրանքով` որոշ ժամանակ լռեմ, որպեսզի իրավիճակը հանդարտվի, բայց հիմա տեսնում եմ, որ հերթական անգամ խախտում է պայմանավորվածությունները և հանդես գալիս անհասկանալի, ըստ էության՝ ոչ մի բանի մասին պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններով։

Ակնհայտ է, որ հանրության տրամադրությունների վրա կարճատև ազդեցություն թողնելու ցանկությամբ տարված` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին չի մտածում իր խոսքերի հետևանքների մասին: Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, եթե հանկարծ ես սկսեմ խոսել առանց հետևանքների մասին մտածելու։ 

 

Լավ, որքա՞ն կարելի է մոլորեցնել հանրությանը՝ առաջ տանելով այն թեզը, թե «ով մեզ հետ չի ազգի դավաճան է»։ Իսկ եթե որևէ մեկը համաձայն չէ այդ պնդման հետ, ըստ վարչապետի, ուրեմն նախկինների պատվերով է գործում: Ասել եմ և նորից եմ կրկնում՝ չփորձեք ինձ կապել նախկինների հետ։ 

Տրամաբանական է, որ ռազմական գիտելիքներ չունեցող և զինվորականների մտածելակերպի, Հայրենիքի հանդեպ նրանց ունեցած պարտքի մասին մակերսային պատկերացումներ ունեցողները չեն կարող իմանալ սպայի պատվի և ուսադիրների նշանակության  մասին: Ի դեպ հիշեցնեմ` համաձայն ՀՀ Սահմանադրության, ՀՀ վարչապետը ոչ պատերազմական դրության ժամանակ Գերագույն  հրամատար չէ: Ցավում եմ, որ այդքան հեռուն է գնացել:

Հրաժարականի մասին իմ հայտարարությունն ուշադիր ընթերցողը, համոզված եմ, հասկացել է՝ ինչ նկատի ունեի ես։ Ուստի վստահ պնդում եմ՝ ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թե ով կամ ինչը կհայտնվի աղբանոցում:

Հավատում եմ` մեր ժողովուրդը երբեք չի ընկճվելու ու այլևս չի տրվելու մանիպուլյատիվ հայտարարությունների: Հրաժարականի իմ տեքստում ես ասել էի՝ թող այն լինի «Կանգ ա՛ռ»-ի սթափեցնող կոչ։ Մնացած բոլոր տարբերակներում կհաղթանակի Հայրենիքի հանդեպ պարտքը:

Խաղաղություն ու անվտանգություն մեր երկրին։
