Porsche-ն հայտարարում է, որ հենց Փոլ Ուոքերն է եղել իր մահվան մեղավորը, որը վրա է հասել 2013-ի նոյեմբերի 30-ին ավտոմեքենայի արագության չարաշահման պատճառով,-տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը: Ավտոընկերությունը հայտնում է, որ դերասանը խելացի ու փորձառու վարորդ է եղել, ով իր տրամադրության տակ ունեցել է 2005 Carrera GT մեքենան:

GT-ի ղեկին եղել է Ուոքերի ընկերը՝ Ռոջեր Ռոդասը: Մեքենան, կորցնելով կառավարումը Վալենսիայի փողոցներից մեկում, բախվել է սյանը, ապա ծառերի և մասնատվել: 40-ամյա Ուոքերն ու 38-ամյա Ռոդասը մահացել են տեղում: Ուոքերի 16-ամյա դուստրը՝ Մեդոուն, պնդել է, որ մեքենան չէր կորցնի կառավարումը, եթե ունենար ճշգրիտ ստաբիլիզացիոն համակարգ, և որ Porsche-ն տեղյակ է եղել այդ մասին:
