Մեր զինակցի՝ կոմայի մեջ հայտնվելը պետք է պատասխան ստանա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 24–ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով սեպտեմբերի 17- ին Եղեգնաձորում փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանին ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքին։

 

Պաշտպանության նախարարը նշեց, որ նախաքննության այս փուլում Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից որևէ գնահատական տալը սխալ կլինի։

«Մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու, որ դեպքի հանգամանքները մինչև վերջ պարզվեն։ Նախաքննության, դատաքննության փուլերում արդարությունը և ազնվությունը պետք է ապահովված լինի, նա մեր գործընկերն է, և մեր զինակցի կոմայի մեջ հայտնվելը ոչ մարտական պայմաններում պետք է պատասխան ստանա»,–ընդգծեց Դավիթ Տոնոյանը։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել է, որ 2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ին՝ ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում, Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի շենքերից մեկի բակում փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետի օգնական Հարություն Գրիգորյանի մասնակցությամբ ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել: Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով։

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը՝ մարզպետի օգնականը բռունցքով մեկ անգամ հարվածել է սպայի գլխին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս վայր է ընկել: Արա Մխիթարյանի վիճակը շարունակում է մնալ ծայրահեղ ծանր. Նա կոմայի մեջ է։ Վիճաբանության ժամանակ բացի Մխիթարյանից մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել նույն զորամասի ևս երկու սպա: 28–ամյա Հարություն Գրիգորյանը կալանավորվել է։

Դեպքից մեկ շաբաթ անց միջադեպի շուրջ ստեղծված աղմուկով պայմանավորված հրաժարական տվեց Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը։
