Խորհուրդ 1 Առավոտյան քաղցած վիճակում ուտել 1 ճաշի գդալ կտավատի սերմեր: Սերմերը լավ ծամել և վրայից խմել 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր: Հիանալի մաքրում է օրգանիզմը, մաշկին թարմություն է հաղորդում:
Խորհուրդ 3. Ամեն օր քնելուց առաջ դեմքին քսել գլիցերինի և Е վիտամինի խառնուրդ:: 30 գրամ գլիցերինի վրա ավելացնել 10 սրվակ վիտամին Е: Կնճիռները կհարթվեն, մաշկը հիանալի տեսք կունենա:
Խորհուրդ 4. Ամեն օր կերեք 50 գրամ ընկույզL Եղունգները և մազերը շատ շնորհակալ կլինեն:
Խորհուրդ 5. Երեք օրը մեկ անգամ մազերի համար դիմակ պատրաստեք չոր մանանեխից:: Դիմակը պատաստելու համար մանանեխի վրա լցնել քիչ քանակությամբ բուսայուղ, քսել խոնավ մազերի վրա, պահել 20-30 րոպե, լվանալ:
Խորհուրդ 6. Քնելիս անպայման գուլպա հագեք ոտնաթաթերին:: Քնելիս պետք է գուլպա հագնել: Ոտնաթաթերին քսել սնուցող կրեմ, անանուխի յուղ, այնուհետև հագնել գուլպաներ: Խնամված ոտնաթաթերը մեծ հաճույք կպատճառեն:
Խորհուրդ 7. Այժմ թարթիչների մասին: Թարթիչների տուշի սրվակը լավ լվանալ, չորացնել, մեջը լցնել գերչակի յուղ կամ ծլեցրած ցորենի յուղ: Քնեուց առաջ քսել թարթիչներին: Հարկ չկա շատ առատ քսել: Մեկ ամիս հետո կունենաք խիտ թարթիչներ:
Խորհուրդ 9. Ձեռքի տակ միշտ նշի յուղ ունեցեք: Սա խնամքի հիանալի միջոց է, պայքարում է կնճիռների, սպիների, մաշկային տարբեր խնդիրների դեմ, կարելի է օգտագործել ամեն օր:
Խորհուրդ 10. Մազերի համար պատրաստեք հտուկ ջուր: 1 լիտր ջրին ավելացրեք 5 կաթիլ անանուխի յուղ և դրանով ցողեք մազերը ամեն անգամ լվանալուց հետո: Հիանալի օգնում է յուղոտ մազերի, թեփի դեպքում: Թեթևացնում է գլխացավը:
