Իրանը երբեք ճնշման ներքո բանակցություններ չի վարի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Այս մասին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր վեհաժողովի նստաշրջանում իր ելույթի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Իրանի նախագահ Հասան Ռոհանին:

Ընդ որում, նա նշել է, որ բանակցությունների համար կարող են ճանապարհ հարթել Թեհրանի դեմ Վաշինգտոնի կողմից սահմանված պատժամիջոցների չեղարկումն ու ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւի պահպանումը:

«Ճնշման ներքո բանակցություններին մեր պատասխանն է՝ ոչ»,- նշել է Ռոհանին՝ հավելելով, որ Իրանը կարող է դուրս գալ 2015-ի միջուկային գործարքից, եթե եվրոպական երկրները չկարողանան փրկել այն:

«Մենք հակված ենք միջուկային համաձայնագրի պահպանմանը, սակայն Իրանի համբերությանը սահման կա»,- ասել է Իրանի նախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Պարսից ծոցում անվտանգության եւ խաղաղության ապահովման միակ միջոցը «Պարսից ծոցում ընդհանուր շահեր ունեցող բոլոր ժողովուրդների միջեւ համախմբման ամրապդնումն է»:

«Բոլոր երկրներին, որոնք ուղիղ կապ ունեն Պարսից ծոցի իրավիճակի հետ, հրավիրում եմ հույսի կոալիցիա»,- ասել է նա:

Ռոհանին կարծում է, որ մերձարեւելյան տարածաշրջանի անվտանգություն պետք է ապահովվի առանց ԱՄՆ-ի:  

«Տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը պետք է ապահովվի առանց ամերիկյան զորքերի եւ զենքի»,- ասել է նա:

Իրանի նախագահի կարծիքով՝ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի անվտանգությունը կերաշխավորվի այն ժամանակ, երբ ավարտվի Եմենի պատերազմը:

«Սաուդյան Արաբիայի անվտանգությունն ապահովված կլինի Եմենի պատերազմի ավարտի, այլ ոչ թե օտարերկրացիների ներգրավման ճանապահով»,- նշել է Իրանի նախագահը:
