BLOGԾանոթանալով ՄԱԿ-ում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթին՝ ուզում եմ անել հետեւյալ կարեւոր արձանագրումները.
1. Նիկոլը այն եզակի ղեկավարներից է, ով ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնն օգտագործեց իր ներքաղաքական օրակարգի համար։ Օրինակ, Թրամպը չի «ֆայմել» իր ելույթում կպնել իր դեմ իմպիչմենտի գործընթաց սկսած դեմոկրատներին։
2. Իշխանափոխությունից 16 ամիս անց Նիկոլը բոլոր առիթներով արդարանում է, որ իշխանափոխությունը չուներ արտաքին հովանավորներ։ Եթե այդ հարցը դեռ ակտուալ է, ապա սա նշանակում է, որ իրեն կամ չեն հավատում, կամ նա շարունակաբար ստում է։
3. Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին երկու հպանցիկ հիշատակումը, առանց որեւէ բարոյական, քաղաքական կամ իրավական շեշտադրման եւ օրակարգի։ Վե՞րջ, էլ չե՞նք պահանջելու ճանաչում, էլ չե՞նք պայքարելու հետեւանքների վերացման եւ արդարության վերականգման համար։
4. ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից նորից կրկնվեց Նիկոլի՝ Արցախյան կարգավորման անհեթեթ բանաձեւը Արդբեջանի ժողովրդի համար ընդունելի լուծման մասին։ Արդեն պարզ է, որ նրան թվում է, որ ինքը գտել է մի «թույն» լուծում՝ Ալիեւին դեմ տալու եւ ձգձգելու բանակցային գործընթացը։ Ավաղ, այս պարզունակ հնարքը ոչ միայն չի աշխատելու, այլեւ շատ արագ մեզ կանգնեցնելու է նոր վտանգի առջեւ՝ քանդելով նախկին բանակցային կապիտալը, փոխարենը ստեղծելով մեծ ռիսկեր։ Ոչ Ալիեւը, ոչ էլ, ինչն ավելի կարեւոր է, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները այս դատարկաբանության թակարդը չեն ընկնելու։
5. Լավ է, որ 2016 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան անվանեցիր անհաջող փորձ՝ փաստելով, որ մենք հաղթել ենք Ապրիլյան պատերազմում։ Որոշ թրաշամանուկներիդ ասա, որ անկախ սեռից, դա իրենց ականջներին օղ անեն։
