ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորությամբ վնաս պատճառած  անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը։

 

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. մայիսի 11-ին Ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ է ստացվել Երևանի քաղաքի Պուշկինի փողոցում գործող խանութ-սրճարանի  21-ամյա մենեջերից այն մասին, որ  նույն օրը, ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում անհայտ անձը դիտավորությամբ ոտքով հարվածել և  կոտրել է վերոնշյալ հասցեում  գործող խանութ-սրճարանի  մուտքի ապակյա դուռը՝ պատճառելով զգալի չափերի գույքային վնաս:

 

 

Դեպքի առթիվ  21.05.19 թ.-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ`ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և նախաքննություն իրականացնելու համար ուղարկվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է դեպքի վայրի տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունը, որը ֆիքսել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն  կատարած անձին:

 

Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսապատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսապատկերված անձին,  կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
