Վերին Լարսում արդեն 1 շաբաթից ավելի հերթում մնացած 1000-1100 բեռնատարներից 150-ն արդեն բաց են թողնվել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը։
Նա պատմեց, որ զրուցել է Վերին Լարսի իր գործընկերների եւ մի քանի ներկրողների հետ, սկսվել է որոշակի գործընթաց՝ խցանումներն աստիճանաբար թեթեւանում են։ Մելքումյանը հայտնեց, որ խնդիրը սռնիների եւ ցորենի քաշի հետ է կապված։
«Ռուսաստանի քաղաքներով երբ անցնում են ժամում 10 կիլոմետր, պետավտոտեսչություների մոտ կան հատուկ կշեռքներ, որ անցնում են, ճիշտ քաշը ցույց չեն տալիս։ Երբ արդեն հասնում են այստեղ, կոնկրետ կշեռքների միջեւ տարբերություն է լինում։ Կա, որ թույլատրված է 10 տոննա, եթե ավելի է թեկուզ 1 տոննա, փաստորեն, տուգանք է հաշվարկվում, որը կազմում է հարյուր հազար ռուբլի, ոչ միայն տուգանքն է խնդիրը, այլ նաեւ նրանք մտնում են համակարգի բազայի մեջ, եւ դա արդեն խնդիր է առաջացնելու հետագայում մուտք ու ելք անելու համար դեպի Ռուսաստան»,- ասաց Մելքումյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ խնդիրներ ունեն հիմնականում փոքր ներկրողները, որոնց հաշիվապրանքագրերը թերի վիճակում են. «Միեւնույն է, այդ տուգանքները արձանագրվում են, եւ ամեն ինչ վերահսկելի է։ Այդ տուգանքները բավականին ծանր են նստելու հայ ներկրողների համար»։
