Երբ միավորվում են անցյալն ու ներկան. Հայաստանում մեկնարկեցին Եվրոպական ժառանգության օրերը
CULTUREԵվրոպական ժառանգության օրերի շրջանակում, որն անցկացվելու է սեպտեմբերի 28-29-ին, ավելի քան հարյուր մշակութային կազմակերպությունների և պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների տարածքներում կիրականացվեն բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ` համերգներ, տեսաֆիլմերի ցուցադրություններ, քայլարշավներ, գրական-երաժշտական ցերեկույթներ, կրթական, ինտերակտիվ ծրագրեր և այլն:
«Արվեստ և ժամանց» խորագրով օրերի պաշտոնական բացումը տեղի ունեցավ «Ամբերդ ամրոց» պատմամշակութային արգելոցում:
Հյուրերին դիմավորեցին թագավորն ու թագուհին, պալատականները, մունետիկները, ծաղրածուները: Մի քանի ժամով Ամբերդի տարածքը վերածվեց հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը ներկայացնող տոնական հարթակի, որտեղ միաձուլվեցին անցյալն ու ներկան, արվեստն ու ժամանցը:
«Կարծում եմ` այս վայրը Հայաստանի հրաշալի ամրոցների գոհարներից է: Ձեր հուշարձանները, երգը, պարը, մշակութային բոլոր դրսևորումները հայ ժողովրդի ինքնությունն են, և մենք ուրախ ենք, որ կարողանում ենք սատարել դրա պահպանմանը»,-լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը:
Նա նշեց, որ Գեղարդում մասնակցել է համերգի, որն իրեն շատ է տպավորել: «Դուք կարողացել եք պատմական հին ժառանգության հետ համադրել նորը, ժամանակակիցը: Մենք աջակցում ենք հենց նման նորարարական գաղափարներին, որոնք կարող են նպաստել նաև զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը»,-շեշտեց դեսպանը:
ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ նախաձեռնությունը լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն է մեր մշակույթը հանրահռչակելու համար:
«Պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների, կոթողների վերանորոգման, վերակառուցման, վերականգնման աշխատանքների համար ծրագրեր են իրականացվում: Մշակութային հատվածի բյուջեն վերանայելու առումով քիչ ժամանակ է եղել, բայց այդ բացը լրացնելու ենք առաջիկայում: Վստահ եմ, որ ավելի մեծ գումարներ կհատկացնենք այդ բնագավառին»,-ասաց նախարարն ու հավելեց, որ պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններ տանող ճանապարհները ժամանակի ընթացքում կբարելավվեն. այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն քայլեր են արվել:
Եվրոպական ժառանգության օրերն անցկացվում են յուրաքանչյուր տարի Եվրոպական մշակութային կոնվենցիային միացած հիսուն եվրոպական երկրում: Ծրագրի իրականացման մտահաղացումը 1984 թվականին ծագել է Ֆրանսիայում` «Պատմական հուշարձանների բաց դռների օր» խորագրի ներքո:
