Դատարանը բավարարել է Նարեկ Մութաֆյանի կալանավորման միջնորդությունը. ՔԿ
POLITICSԴատարանը քիչ առաջ բավարարել է Նարեկ Մութաֆյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ քննիչի միջնորդությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվության բաժնի պետ Նաիրա Հարությունյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նարեկ Մութաֆյանը տեսախցիկով մոտեցել էր «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին, հարցրել նրան «արդյոք վնգստացող փաստաբանների թվին է պատկանում»: Տեսանյութը հրապարակվել է «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում։ Մտնելով դատարանի շենք՝ Դանիբեկյանը դատական կարգադրիչներին հայտնել է, որ իր նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են դրսեւորել եւ ահազանգել է իրավապահներին: Նարեկ Մութաֆյանին, եւ տեսանկարահանմանը մասնակցած Սարգիս Օհանջանյանին արդարադատության իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու հոդվածով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
Մամուլում և սոցցանցերում այսօր ակտիվ շրջանառվում էր այն կարծիքը, որ արդարադատությունն իրականացվում է ընտրովի, մասնավորապես, հիշեցնում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոչից հետո՝ շրջափակել դատարանները, 2019 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանի մուտքը աշխատավայր՝ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասությունների դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայր, խոչընդոտվել էր։ Դատավորին գետնին գցած Սարգիս Ալեքսանյանը, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ է, այդպես էլ չպատժվեց։ Մամուլը հիշել է նաև, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո հրապարակային հարձակումների և վիրավորանքների են արժանացել Հրայր Թովմասյանը, դատավորներ Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը, Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանը, իսկ ՍԴ անդամ Ալվինա Գյուլումյանին քաշքշել են։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Ազատության» հետ հարցազրույցում հայտարարել էր այն մասին, որ այսօր դատարաններում կան «վնգստացող դատավորներ». «Տերեր են փնտրում, դռների տակ վնգստում են, որ եկեք մեզ տիրություն արեք, այն ժամանակ մեզ փող էիք տալիս, հաց էիք տալիս, խաշ ու քյաբաբ էիք ուղարկում, բա հիմա մենք մնացել ենք անտեր»:
Մայիսի 19-ին էլ վարչապետը կոչ էր արել շրջափակել դատարանները եւ ինքն էլ անձամբ մասնակցել էր բողոքի այդ ակցիային: Բազմաթիվ իրավաբաններ այս գործողությունը հակասահմանադրական էին համարել:
