ՀՀ ԶՈւ-ն համալրվում է կիբեռանվտանգութան խնդիրների լուծման նոր ստորաբաժանմամբ
POLITICSՀայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության կազմում կկազմավորվի հատուկ ստորաբաժանում 19-91, որին կհանձնարարվի նեղ ուղղվածության գործունեություն։ Այս մասին Երեւանում Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության եւ «Hi-Tech կիբեռանվտանգության կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի միջեւ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրումից հետո՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ի մամուլի համատեղ ասուլիսում ասել է ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ նոր ստորաբաժանումը զբաղվելու է կիբեռանվտանգության ապահովման հարցերով։ «Ես չեմ կարող բացել նրա գործունեության ողջ սպեկտրը... Զինվորները, որոնք ժամկետային ծառայություն են անցնում Զինված ուժերի շարքերում, նրանք, ովքեր ծառայության կանցնեն հատուկ համակարգով, շնորհիվ այս ծրագրի կկարողանան հնարավորություն ստանալ ձեռք բերել գիտելիքներ, որոնք թույլ կտան նրանց հետագայում շատ բանի հասնել։ Այս ծրագիրը կարող է մեծ դեր խաղալ նրանց կյանքում, ինչպես զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելիս, այնպես էլ դրանից հետո։ Նրանք կկարողանան իրականացնել գիտահետազոտական գործունեություն եւ ոչ միայն Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման, այլ նաեւ կիբեռանվտանգության ապահովման համար»,- բացատրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
Իր հերթին, Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ասել է, որ 19-91 ստորաբաժանման ստեղծման նպատակը զինծառայողների անընդհատ կրթության, համակողմանի զարգացման եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ հմտությունների կատարելագործման ապահովումն է։ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Զինված ուժերում նախատեսվում է ստեղծել նոր հատուկ ստորաբաժանում, ինչի շնորհիվ կարելի կլինի իրականացնել հետազոտական նախագծեր եւ վերլուծություններ՝ ուղղված ինչպես ամենօրյա, այնպես էլ միջնաժամկետ ու երկարաժամկետ խնդիրների լուծմանը։ Մենք տարածք կտրամադրենք, իսկ մնացածը կանեն մեր գործընկերները՝ համապատասխան ուսուցիչներ եւ դասախոսներ տրամադրելով»,- ընդգծել է պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը։
